Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites

My name is Beatrice, I would like to leave this review about the General Manager Bob. This morning I actually had the pleasure of meeting him after coming here after all these years. I must say it was a delightful and pleasant conversation. I chased him outside just to speak to him, and he stopped and gave me his time. He didn’t rush me off, he listened to my concerns, introduced me to his lovely staff and just left me in awe. What a great personal meeting I had with him. So I want to Thank him for being so kind to a stranger like myself and showing immediate, and heartfelt concern about my issue. Thank you.

Positive: It was a very good location, safe and near a lot of nice shopping. Also, my room was very quiet, not a lot of neighbor noise. Also, the space was good. The room has a nice set up. Negative: Things are a bit worn from age and the elevator clearly needs work as it does not stop evenly with the floor level. It was down for service my second day. It was up the next day, but the problem was not fixed.

We had quick stopover just for one night and got a good deal on Expedia. It included the breakfast. A perfectly adequate but not extraordinary breakfast buffet was over 20 dollars. The rooms are clean and large and you can walk to a number of local restaurants. There is a shuttle that will take you for free within 3 miles around. Get a deal that includes breakfast and this place is good.

The Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites is a great location. It's easy to find and the rooms are clean. I had no trouble checking in through the app and was easily able to access my room. I didn't have much interaction with the front desk so I cannot comment much on them. The parking lot was not great. They had something going on around the back which had a good portion blocked off, making finding a spot an absolute mess. I was in a room that had a whirlpool tub. Everything was clean and perfectly set up. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The executive room layout was good. Negative: Upon check-in I had to remind the night desk attendant that our breakfast was included per the reservation; which he commented negatively about honoring. The main elevators were broken. We had to use the service elevator our entire stay - Not happy.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, rooms and facilities were clean. Fitness center has to be the largest I’ve been to at a hotel which was nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We used the digital check in feature so only interacted with the staff to ask for additional bathroom supply and make a small purchase at the snack area. Staff acts as though they are doing you a favor, they aren’t rude but they aren’t helpful either.

Positive: The room was great and appreciated the desk providing extra towels. Negative: Chose the hotel due to the mention of free shuttle within a 3 mile radius. We wanted to use the shuttle to get to the MARTA to attend an event downtown in the evening. We (2 women) were told the shuttle didn't run on weekends.

Rooms are nice mostly. Some have some things missing in them like the refrigerator in my room was missing one of the door panels that hold in the larger drinks. Also the bathtub wouldn’t empty without holding the plug up.
