I stay at this hotel anytime I have a layover between flights and I highly recommend staying here! The shuttle runs 24 hours now and if you’re lucky enough to have Twanda as a van driver (among others) you’ll feel welcome before you even get to the hotel. The front desk staff are all very helpful and there’s a restaurant/bar open until 11pm for anyone coming in late and needing food. I’ve had Azana as a bartender several times- she’s amazing and will take care of you, even if it’s crowded. There’s a breakfast buffet on the weekends that’s got a lot of variety, and the rooms come with a few bottles of water and a refrigerator and microwave. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good price and friendly environment for a short stay.

We ourselves had a good experience but I have to give a 1-star rating because we will not be back. Everything was clean, check in staff was super nice. However, the parking situation is sketchy. The automatic barrier to get in the parking lot was open when we got there & open we left 3 days later. Anyone could get in or out at any time. Also when we returned, there were at least 4-5 cars that had been broken in to. And that’s just counting what we saw walking to our car. Thankfully ours was not one of them but I feel so bad for the people who will return from their trips & have to deal with that. We don’t feel like it’s a safe place to leave your car so we won’t be staying here again.

Buyer beware. We booked our hotel room at 9:00 p.m. for that night. We followed up with a phone call immediately to make sure the room was actually available We were assured it was. We told them we'd be arriving at 1:00 a.m. in the morning not to give away our room We were assured they wouldn't. We arrived at 12:30 a.m. and what you know it they gave away our room. Oopsy sorry about that system must have made a mistake. No mistake made they just gave it away. They did find us a room at another hotel 20 minutes away. The hotel was not comparable. Buyer beware they may do that to you too.

Was here for a work event/meeting. The everything was pretty good. A big improvement from the last time of being there a few years ago. The rooms felt a little dated and in need of a refresh. The staff seemed nice (from the ones that I interacted with).

Exceptional service at the front desk and bar. Very comfortable bed and furniture. I enjoy that Four Points around the country are done with classier finishes than other Marriott brands. Everything is just nicer. The location isn't really close to the airport at all. The spacious patio is nice enough, but it is only Cost Plus World Market outdoor furniture overlooking a freeway. Like other Four Points, the pool is not available in the winter since it is outdoor. This location is older construction with shower temps that fluctuate way out of the norm, and everything outside or in the hallway can be a little loud.

EDIT: Management got in touch with me after I reached out through Marriott, and very courteously responded to my issues and concerns. I appreciate that, we've had a great exchange, so I'm updating my review to reflect the change in service experience. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience here. 1) I waited over 50 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. I called the hotel three different times to confirm that the driver was on his way. The third time, the person on the call informed me that I must be in the wrong place and that it was my own fault, although I was exactly where she told me to wait. (I used the shuttle tracking code that she gave me and got an error message that said the driver couldn't be found.) Finally, I paid out of pocket for a Lyft ride to the property so I could get a few hours of sleep. 2) I ended up switching rooms twice for a six-hour stay. Room #1 had a fire alarm that needed a new battery and kept chirping. Room #2 had a broken A/C and was nearly 80 degrees. Room #3 had a preset alarm on a dated clock that went off at an ungodly hour. (I have an audio clip of the fire alarm + photo of the broken thermostat.) 3) The early-morning shuttle to the airport at 6:30 a.m. was full by 6:20. While I was able to board because I got there early, the driver shouted to another guest that the van was already full and he'd have to call for another ride on his own or wait 30 minutes. So if you're planning to stay here, plan ahead to get down early if you have a flight to catch during peak travel times. This hotel has signs in the elevator stating that customer feedback is really important to them, and to let them know how to fix issues before you leave. But on a short overnight stay due to a canceled flight, I didn't feel like spending my precious rest time going to the front desk yet again, especially after losing an hour to the shuttle situation and getting yelled at/blamed for the issue. I am a Marriott Titanium member who stays with this brand several times each month. I don't need fancy accommodations or friendly greetings, but I do need my hotel rooms to meet adequate expectations. I was disappointed in this experience across the board.

Everything was amazing from checking in to checking out. The room was clean, the shower was wonderful and the beds were absolutely phenomenal!!! We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly visit again. A very special shout out to Ms. Ayanna! If you would like to know and feel how customers should be treated, you should visit as well to experience their service! Kudos to the entire team at Four Points and thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The staff at the bar and restaurant was awesome. Ade is the best bartender and extremely personable. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Chef Nate was exceptional. We had the Cajun Shrimp & Grits and the Chicken and Andouille Sausage Alfredo with Linguini that was to die for! There were many places close to the hotel that we could have visited but after our first experience at the bar and with the food, we didn’t want to go anywhere else!!
