NillOk, I wish I should have done my research before booking. I needed a room for one night only after moving out of my apartment. I had no choice but to bring all of my stuff in which I had about 5 big bins and several bags. As I was checking in, the lady at the front desk was not really welcoming nor friendly. She even saw me trying to load up my things onto the lodger and not even offer help since she booked my room up to the 3rd floor. Now let’s talk about the rooms!! Not impressive. The room looked dirty, ghetto and the TV in the room did not work. Some of the things even looked broken as I walked in. Not only my room, the whole entire place smelled like Urine mixed with bleach Esp in the elevator. Speaking of the elevator, I think it needs a lot more maintenance help because it kept getting stuck as I was getting on it. Oh and don’t even think about bring a lot of stuff on that elevator because that’s how it gets stuck. The appearance of the motel did not look appealing at all with a broken bent sign and a cracked window. OH and here it gets BETTER!! This morning, I wake up and get ready to start loading all my stuff again but this time out of my room of the 3rd floor. Soon as I brought down my 1st half of my things as I was going to bring it inside the lobby, a lady name Big Mama who was working in the office sitting in the chair with a friend and she yells at me saying “YOU CANNOT BRING THAT IN HERE!” I’m looking at her by saying “Why can’t I leave my things in the lobby?” in which I was refusing to leave all my belongings outside in an area that is consisted with dysfunctional people. I was so mad, annoyed and dissatisfied as to is this how you treat your paying Guest? I didn’t appreciate how she came off about it. Luckily, she did sat in the chair and watch my stuff as they had to sit outside while I grab my other half of my belongings. I give her credit for that but to not have my things in the lobby in which I’d prefer and be yelled at was so unnecessary. Then, elevator gets stuck again as I was getting my 2nd half of my belongings out the room. Overall, my experience with this hotel was not so satisfying! They were not at all helpful, caring nor professional. I know real hospitality when I see it and I even work in the field myself. As for the hotel, I think it needs a Lot of remodeling to do including that pool & elevator because the property is disgusting! Plus, the staff needs to be more courteous and helpful when it comes to Guests who are in moving situations. I will NEVER Ever book a room here again! I will be better off staying at a Hilton, Sheraton or the Marriott.

NillThe guy at the counter was nice so I will give be them that. But when I thought to myself “How bad could it be?”, wow. I am not sure you could get a $2 hooker to hang out here. My flight was canceled late at night and everything was booked solid so this was pretty much the last choice or sleep at the airport. I would give it a 1/2 star if I could and am rethinking the not sleeping at the airport decision. Let’s see: Dead bugs on the ground (I guess they do spray), AC smelled like urine when I turned it on, and enough cigarette burns on the bed cover to entertain me trying to count how many I can find like it’s a Connect the Dots book. TV isn’t hooked up but you can turn it on and watch the “no signal” show, coax and HDMI cords are just hanging free. Smoke detector wires are capped off hanging out of the box, just no actual smoke detector. Bathroom outlet is burned and dead. I just needed a bed and a shower so I could catch my delayed flight in the morning. Wish me luck….

Nillwe needed one night at a hotel to go to a concert and we wouldn't last more than that! i didn't expect anything fancy whatsoever because it's cheap, so i expected the small room. but it absolutely REEKED of smoke despite there being no smoking signs on every door. even though you need a key card to get in, the door didn't lock from the inside for extra safety. had to use my flashlight because there was no light in the room, only the bathroom. if you wanna get picky, the tv didn't work, the shower head squeaks, the curtain is just awkwardly placed so light seeps in the room when you're trying to sleep, the toilet or something was leaking. on top of that people yell from outside in the middle of the night and the walls are thin. only plus was how chilly the ac could get! and the inside of our room wasn't as dirty as others have stated. it's also pretty close to food and stuff. if you need to stay one night to get to some place close by it does the job, but definitely not worth your money if you're planning to stay longer.

NillBecause of the recent snow in atlanta and plane cancellations, this hotel was the only hotel available at the last minute. The water in the showor was lukewarm at best, and then water didn't drain out of the shower,so you had to washinn the sink. If you wanted Ihot water. The A c/ heater did not warm the room until until the next day, I kept my belongings in a plastic bag and the light on in the bathroom because, yep, you guessed it roaches. The only bright spot was. The locato the airport. And to food sources, which really didn't matter because of the snow, everything was closed, Besides waffle house and mcdonald's. The mattress wasn't bad either.Which I thoroughly inspected with a bright light, lol.

NillTrying to find a place that will allow early check-in as I am exhausted and came here for an appointment. The four hour drive would be unsafe. The woman on the phone screamed NO NO NO NO NO. I get policy but you don’t have to be an asshole.

NillEmergency stay due to bad weather. Close to airport and only hotel with a vacancy. People checking in were friendly but this place doesn't feel safe, clean or welcoming. I'm honestly depressed.

NillThis place is excellent for the value. Under new renovation. Not a 5 star hotel but 5 star staff with 5 star customer service. Quiet, cozy, and surrounded by plenty of stores and eateries. Don't come here looking for the Hyatt or Marriot. It's the Econolodge on Virgina Ave. It has a style of its own. I love it. ❤️
