All the staff I have met have been extremely helpful and friendly. I think that part is really important when it comes to customer service. I travel very often and the difference it makes when the people you deal with have a great attitude. I’ve been here at this location for about a week and with having my teenage daughter here (who likes her privacy) it’s been great to have the extra space for her. Very spacious rooms, the kitchenette is simple and functional enough to make home cooked meals, full sized refrigerator!! I’m one of those people who never has house keeping come in during my stays at other hotels, I do like my privacy so I don’t mind that house keeping doesn’t come by everyday. Whenever I need anything I just asked and they’ve accommodated me. So far I’ve been very pleased with my stay here. Again I want to stress how great the staff at the front desk has been all week. They deserve a raise! lol

The rooms are nice but the walls must be paper. The elevator dinging from 5 doors away can be heard. There were several loud guests, and they all sounded like they were in my room. Ridiculous, it is almost 11pm, and people who stay here have no consideration towards anyone else. Oh yeah, there is an incidental charge of $150 that they will take time to return to you. No usb charging ports. Heater has been set to 73 for two hours, and it is still at 69 degrees. Only good thing it is right near restaurants and shopping.

We initially had a room booked in downtown Atlanta, but after doing some research, I canceled my booking due to the location and high cost of daily parking. We did two nights here in a Queen Studio Suite, which came with a sofa bed as well as a kitchen area. It was about $250 after taxes and fees, which I thought was pretty reasonable for a weekend in Atlanta. The location of this hotel is amazing, too. It is right next to a firehouse, which for some people can be bothersome because of the sirens, but I appreciate due to the proximity in case something bad happens. There are a lot of restaurants and shops just a short drive away from the hotel. Also a short drive away from the hotel are some MARTA stops, which is a public transportation system that we used to get to downtown Atlanta. The room itself was very comfortable and we loved the kitchen- although some of the dishes were dirty and it did not seem that soap/sponge were provided to clean them. The sleeper sofa that came with the room was stripped and we had to go to the front desk for linens for it, which my sister did not appreciate- but it was not that big of a deal to me. Parking is $5 per night which is very reasonable compared to a lot of other hotels in the area. They do a breakfast buffet every morning as well which was nice. I felt safe here and I felt comfortable, and that's really what matters in a hotel for me. Overall, I had a nice stay here and I would definitely consider coming back.

This hotel is amazing & is in a great area as well. The two bedroom I got had a ton of space, and has a nice kitchen & living room area. There’s a lot of places to eat around it and is right by perimeter mall. Also huge thank you to Elisha; She works front desk at this location and provided amazing customer service to me.

I have to thank Lesia and Elisha who were wonderful and helped me and my daughters with anything we needed. A wonderful crew during my time of stress. Thanks ladies! Also, we had a two bedroom two bathroom suite - with sleeper sofa. The best for me and my two daughters! Having free breakfast with coffee was definitely great for the budget.

Mixed experience - great hotel, terrible breakfast service This hotel has a lot going for it: comfy rooms, good parking, and a convenient location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast service was a huge letdown. The selection was almost empty and not replenished, and the woman serving breakfast (an older African American lady) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed to be in a bad mood and made sarcastic comments when I asked for coffee. It was honestly the worst breakfast experience I've ever had in a hotel. There was another, very helpful, Latina lady working there - they should hire more people like her and let go of employees who clearly aren't suited to working with people.

Love location and room 407 but housekeeping missed a lot of cleaning areas and had to have kitchen re cleaned for mutiple defencies from previous guest stay. Hair in bathroom along side of tub. Front desk double charged me but the associate (lady) jumped on it and quickly fixed it. Overall Service was great getting things fixed from GM/front desk/Ackbar. Lastly, noticed huge amounts of garbage being stored in hallways next to elevator, outside exit doors and in front of several rooms. This needs immediate attention daily a few times and major attention on weekends as it stock piles. I killed a roach conveniently crawling down the wall outside the elevator near the garbage pile. Do yourself a favor and jump on this as it's an indicator of what's to come. Hotel is nice and I hope the team keeps it that way.

My family and I were only suppose to be in town for two days but our grandmother was sick and her conditions worsen causing us to stay longer . The hotel room itself was ideal for the amount of days we ended up having to stay with our family size of 5 . I felt like we had an apartment with all the amenities needed to get us through the next few days and not having to go out and buy things every single day . The staff were Elisha and Kenneth were nothing short of amazing ! I wish there were more people life them in the hospitality world. Their energy and friendliness was beyond expectation ! As for the general manager, Mrs Shirley is the reason I rated this hotel what I did . Her customer service and hospitality was very distasteful . My family and I ( myself, my brother, my 16 year old, 9 year old, 8 year old nephew and 3 year old daughter) all got stuck in their elevator for 45 minutes having to wait for the fire department to come shut the elevator down force the door open for us to climb out and the chief stated he knows not to get in these elevators because they’re always broke down . After getting out we insisted the general manager give us a call that night and she was upset because it was “after hours and she was off the clock” also stated we were alive and safe and she could’ve handle it in the morning . Her attitude was very nasty and unprofessional to say the lease . You would have thought my family and I were being punished because we got stuck in an elevator, we were promised a discounted rate to extend and after having the manager contact us the night of the incident that changed everything we were charged full prices and treated less than . If the staff Elisha and Kenneth were the ones operating this facility I’d stay here every time I am in town , but with having to deal with a grandparent having a stroke and family health issues and then nasty management, I don’t think I’ll stay here again .
