# Valet Experience Review Recently, I had the pleasure of using the valet service at Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead, and I must say it was an exemplary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth, which set the tone for my entire visit. Upon arriving at the entrance, Star, the valet, approached with a welcoming smile and efficiently took control of my vehicle. Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew my car was in good hands. Star's attention to detail was evident as she carefully noted any specifics about my vehicle and assured me it would be ready at a moment's notice when I needed it. While waiting for my car, I had the opportunity to interact with Anna, the manager. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all guests were satisfied and that the valet service was running smoothly. Anna's leadership was apparent in how smoothly the team operated, and it was clear that she fostered an environment of dedication and excellence. Her presence added an extra layer of assurance that everything was being taken care of with utmost professionalism. When it was time to leave, Star promptly retrieved my car. The process was quick and efficient, demonstrating the team's impeccable coordination. As I drove away, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the outstanding service I received. In conclusion, my valet experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to Anna's exceptional management and Star's exemplary service. Both of them deserve high praise for making my visit so pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this valet service to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable experience.

As a grandmother of 8, who lives 7 hours away from Atlanta and my grandchildren, I always choose Buckhead Atlanta Courtyard Marriott and have stayed here at least 8 visits. The hotel is conveniently located and after retiring 31 years as an educator, i certainly appreciate courtesy, efficiency and cordiality. I especially appreciate Tony from Valet for his professional demeanor, fast-paced service and friendliness. He is so essential and welcoming to every guest of the hotel. He is a true asset to the hotel. I appreciate him and the hotel very much.

Check in was a breeze. I was blown away by the professionalism of Devine. I arrived early after a rough red eye to a packed loud lobby with phones ringing off the hook and Devine managing the whole place by herself. She greeted me with a smile, managed to get me a room early, told me about the hotel and valet, and was extremely friendly and professional all the whole time. Marriott is lucky to have Devine and I’m happy she has here to help me with a room!

First thing to know about most of the modern, chain hotels in the Buckhead area is that the Marta subway system is the way to get to them. The Red Line, for example, will take you right from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport to the Buckhead Station. We had no trouble using this system to get to Buckhead, and from there to Peachtree Center, where most of Atlanta’s attractions are within walking distance.||That there is a plethora of hotels near this station means that you can’t just walk out of this station and expect to easily find this, or any other hotel. It was thus a blessing that Marta has supplied clear & helpful signs in the station to help anyone wanting to know which direction to walk from the station. It’s a pretty easy, five-minute walk from there to the Courtyard.|Take the south exit of the Buckhead Station, and go up the first stairs (or take the elevator) you come to. Turn right as you exit the station, and do NOT cross over the Peachtree Road. If you pass South City Kitchen on your right, you're going in the correct direction. The first intersection with a traffic light you come to will be Tower Place Drive, and Courtyard is just block from here. |Because the hotel hosting the conference we were attending was just a five minute walk away from the Courtyard, we made the (fairly easy) decision to stay here & walk to the conference hotel. If you’re attending a conference in the Buckhead area, you should compare prices for all hotels in the area, and compare them to the conference hotel.||Our room had full bath, phone, fridge, AC, iron & board, hair dryer, coffee maker, and TV with 40 channels. It was clean & well-maintained, but construction on the floor below us during the day was somewhat distracting. Free amenities include wifi (quite good), indoor pool, exercise room, and computers with printers in the lobby. There is cost for parking at the hotel. There are restaurants within the hotel, and several within walking distance nearby. A small market selling a few munchies (at hotel prices) is available 24/7. Staff was friendly & efficient.||If you have business in the Buckhead area, or if you don’t mind riding Marta to downtown Atlanta, this place can be a good choice.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with the Marriott Brand which I use almost exclusively. When I entered my room my sink literally didn't have a drain pipe attached so when I went to wash my hands the water just splashed onto the floor. I had no large towels - only hand towels. No shampoo. When I went to take a shower the fixture flew off the wall and water just spurted out of a hole in the wall. The front desk staff was nice and maintenance did fix both problems but I was never offered a room change or a credit. I'm not sure how house keeping could clean the bathroom if the sink literally didn't have pipes??

Great location in Buckhead. Good Hotel for the business travellers crowd, many offices nearby, restaurants, cafés. Not too far from MARTA Peachtree station. Room itself is ok, if a bit small. Only real disappointment was the bathroom which was very dated and not super functional (when showering, water gets absolutely everywhere). Cleanliness was Ok, nothing unacceptable, but they should clean under the beds more often. Food and drinks are limited, I'd definitely go elsewhere. Staff was friendly.

Great location! Rooms are updated and nice. Bathroom wasn’t remodeled and needs to be. Crib for my baby was in need of replacement- we didn’t use. TV has issues. Netflix doesn’t work. More than the hotel, I enjoyed the location!

I would not stay at this hotel again even though it is reasonably nice and in a good location. Primarily because I do not trust this hotel management. I booked the room at a special rate - welcome bottle of wine, extra day credit per night stayed, and extra points per night stayed. None of those were given to me. The front desk person did not know what I was talking about when I mentioned the wine. I gave up on that bottle and checked in. They did not give me the extra day credit and the extra points. Finally, after couple of emails I got the extra points but not the extra day credit added to the account. Also, no response to my emails or apologies. HINT TO MANAGEMENT: Please don't offer specials if you don't intend to honor it.
