Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia, an IHG Hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and every time I am blown away by the service. Their staff is the most attentive, authentic, and genuinely kind staff I have ever come across in a hotel. Everyone on their staff does not miss an opportunity to ask how you are and have a positive conversation. I never feel as welcomed as I do at this hotel! Rooms and well maintained and their amenities from the coffee shop to the convenience store are fantastic. I especially love being able to pop outside for a little walk on the trail out back!

From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out, elevating the guest experience to new heights. Tram at the front desk embodied “Showing We Care,” going above and beyond to patiently assist me in selecting the perfect room. When a minor issue arose, Rebecca, the front desk manager, displayed the grace and efficiency one expects from a brand committed to “Doing the Right Thing,” resolving the situation swiftly and with genuine care. Tyler Forsyth, the Guest Relations Manager, deserves special recognition for personifying IHG’s drive to “Aim Higher.” His attention to detail and genuine dedication to ensuring my comfort were nothing short of remarkable. Tyler’s ability to anticipate needs and provide a tailored experience encapsulates what sets Crowne Plaza apart. While the property itself offers a serene and well-located retreat, I would encourage a refresh of the furnishings to better align with the elevated service standards. A touch of modernity in design would harmonize beautifully with the luxury experience the team provides. IHG’s vision of delivering True Hospitality for Good was fully realized during my stay. The staff’s commitment to fostering connection and creating memorable moments reflects not just a brand promise but a deeply ingrained culture of care and excellence. This Crowne Plaza location has undoubtedly earned my loyalty. Every single one of them works at Crown Plaza Ravinia was willing to help customers with respect. When I needed extra care and support from staffs for our visitor's reservations, Rebekah, Omar and Tyler were so responsive and helpful. They are amazing. I can't thank them enough. People work there made our hotel experience more valuable and comfortable. We felt Crown Plaza Ravinia treat customers very professional. It is very important for customer to feel that way. That will bring back future customers. If anybody will come around this area, I will definitely recommend for them to stay there. You guys are the best!

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia and had a delightful experience. The hotel has been recently renovated, featuring new and relaxing decor. The rooms are spacious, almost like small apartments, and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in a breeze. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Perimeter Mall, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, the Ravinia gardens are immaculate and provide a peaceful retreat, even in the rain. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I chose this hotel On a recommendation from a friend that stayed there years ago. It was a little outside the Atlanta area.So I was a little weary, but was I wrong?This will be my go to hotel any time.I go to the atlanta area now. The staff, the cleanliness, the rooms.Everything was five star and above. One of the smoothest checking experiences that i've ever experienced as well as one of the cleanest rooms on arrival. The staff is courteous inviting genuinely curious about how your stay is going and care about you as a person not just a body in a room. Even management, that's walking the floor. We'll come up and talk to you.And they're so professional.You don't even realize who they are.They talk to you like a person. The cleaning. Staff is great and even their team.That does determine gun service is top.Notch made us feel like we're part of a family rather than just staying at a hotel. Now value for money.That's through the roof the quality That you're getting for the money Is unbelievable. I will for sure be staying here again and recommending it to anybody That asks.... 5 star... best hotel in the atlanta area.

The staff at the front desk was the best i have ever had. I have been around the world with my husband been retired from the military. Tyler. Was the best i have seen. It was super busy due to New Year Eve event, but he was able to handle everything very well professionally. I will come back 1. Because of him 2. Because if the clean this and ambience of the hotel. Thank you very much for a great experience . I plan on coming back on my 53 wedding anniversary.

My husband and I attended an event at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The meeting facilities were excellent, and the food provided was delicious. The various areas of the hotel were well-designed and great for socializing. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant's food was equally impressive. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and several restaurants, with a shuttle service available for trips within a 3-mile radius. We also enjoyed the pleasant walking trails on the property.

I would highly recommend this facility to businesses having events, conferences and training. I travel regularly and this is by far the best overall facility I have ever visited. Most of our team members NEVER left the facility in the 4 days we were there. Every need we had was met with a smile by the staff. The facility is large enough that there are many beautiful and cozy areas to sit and have conversations, small meetings outside of the conference rooms. The atrium area is beautiful. The outdoor courtyard is lush and green in the middle of Atlanta. Everything was lovely.
