I found this pet friendly hotel when I was trying to duck a Florida hurricane. It was affordable, convenient, clean and the rooms were attractive. Also very important to me.... no roaches or bed bugs! The staff was friendly and helpful. I don't know about the area or any vacation or sightseeing info, I didn't go there to vacation. But it was convenient to some local stores and restaurants, a local park where I took my dog and I-95. It wasn't loud or raucous at night and I felt safe there. I can recommend it and I would stay there again.

Just stayed for one night after a long drive. Looked recently remodeled. Booked online in advance but had to pay extra at the front desk and wasn’t told about the additional $75 deposit until after. Was informed in the morning that the night staff were new and I’d get refunded what I overpaid. Still working on that. Wasn’t the worst but also not the best! Very close to a gas station, places to eat, and the highway.

Bathroom floor not clean, toilet seat broken, light didn't work in section of bathroom. We were told at check in that probably wouldn't be any breakfast served because they were out of everything. Clerk tore a piece of paper to write wifi code on because she didnt have any office supplies.. Our 2nd day the room was not cleaned no mopped floors or light nor toilet seat fixed. Oh did I mention we were charged $50 fee. Which I can't get back for 7-14 days the clerk said. They needed to give me $50 for having to seat on a broken toilet seat. Will not be recommending or returning to this motel! Very disappointed. The website looks can be deceiving for sure!

I book a room online for five days. It gave me a price and was told I would need to pay an extra deposit of $49.07. When I get to ONEWAY the ladies can not find my booking. after a while it was found and was told I needed to pay an additional $100.00 deposit. While looking around I see no vehicles and no one at this Motel. I wonder Why. Do not rent a room with this company

Positive: I was terrified staying here! I would like a refund as many homeless were wandering the parking lot or bin diving in the trash. Scary people yelling or sitting on the step right outside my door smoking. I was scared to even leave the room. Horrible!!! Negative: I have never been so scared staying somewhere! The drug deals going on outside I was terrified my car would be broken into or my son and I would be shot. I have never felt so unsafe!!! If I had not already paid for the room we would have left.

Don’t arrive late. There is no attendant after midnight. We booked on a third party site and arrived just before 1 am. No one would answer phones and we had to go somewhere else. Fighting for a refund from third party. Requested document that shows we didn’t stay with a note. And the document sent was not clear and we haven’t gotten a return response. Still working to get a refund.

We stayed in the handicap room number 118. It smelled absolutely awful. I took my shoes off in the entire carpet was wet across the entire room. Even the tile flooring was damp. It was incredibly humid and mold was growing awful. Mold was growing in the air conditioner, too, which is very hazardous for your health. I stepped into the bathroom and it reeked of urine. Even the floor was wet with gross splotches and splatter all over the place not sure if it was urine or mold growing. The shower was gross and there was rusty orange gunk growing on the support bars because they apparently are never washed. The shower floor was slimy. Apparently they never cleaned that bathroom. Even the curtain by the air conditioner, had huge splotches and mildew visibly growing in it. It was hard to breathe, and I got sick and congested and sore throat so I took off a pillowcase and tied it around my face which didn’t make for a very fun stay. I have a chronic illness and mold exposure is one the most dangerous things you can do for your health condition. I couldn’t sleep till 3 AM that night. The mold was attacking my brain and nerves in my head and eyes ached awful. We went to breakfast and the breakfast lady was incredibly slow. She would check and see things were empty and she wouldn’t restock them immediately so I had to wait till I was done eating breakfast till she finally brought the eggs out. Manager was friendly, but he really needs to get on to the staff and make sure they’re thoroughly cleaning every nick and cranny of the rooms. Also, they need to figure out how to dehumidify the room and figure out how to dry out the carpet and deodorize the room. Apparently the pool is not working and hasn’t been working for an entire year, according to the reviews, so it makes zero sense why the carpet is sopping wet across the whole room since nobody’s bringing water in from the pool. The carpet is so gross needs to be gutted and it would be wise to put in tile flooring so that it can be mopped and cleaned every time to reduce mold and mildew growth growing in the carpet. Even the curtains need to be replaced. It does not look renovated at all. And looks nothing like the renovated photos on the reviews. The hotel was only a quarter full so it makes no sense why they couldn’t keep up with cleaning it. I’ve worked at the exact same hotel at a different location and did a superb job making the rooms very clean and the breakfast coming out quickly. We went to the desk to purchase the room and they charged us $151. The next morning I looked on the webpage and the rooms were $75. I can’t believe they ripped us off so bad. I would not recommend staying there unless the management gets on this and cleans this place up and guts the moly carpet and puts laminate flooring so mold doesn’t grow again..
