NillThe location is right off the highway which was good. Immediately when I reached the lobby I noticed how dirty couches were. The staff were okay and we were checked in pretty quickly. The rooms has a good smell but I could easily tell they weren't cleaned. The restroom had a dirty wash cloth hanging over it and there were stains on the underside of the toilet. The washcloths and towels were very thin and small. Only 2 washcloths and towels were provided. There was also a noticeable stain on the sheets. The cleanliness had this place is definitely a problem. Even the showerhead was full of buildup and the couches were dirty inside the room. I should have taken photos . The walls are also pretty thin because I could hear my neighbors and people in the hall all night.

NillWhen we came in we were immediately greeted by Liz and she was amazing! Helped us with anything we had questions about and more! She had the best attitude and customer service! The hotel smelled phenomenal, the rooms were super clean and nice as well! If I could rate this hotel 1-10 I would definitely give it a 20!

NillI checked in to this location completely by emergency and was having. A very tough night. Liz was there overnight on 7/30 and Briana was there that morning. Both of these ladies are the epitome of what it means to be kind, professional, and very good with customer service. Especially Liz, she went above and beyond for us and I sincerely appreciate her. The room was very clean and tidy, house keeper in the morning was good, and my overall experience even for an emergency overnight was not as stressful thanks to Liz and Brianna. Special thank you to Liz, she is such a treasure.

★My Grandchildren and I checked in to the Marriott courtyard, hotel in Brunswick, Georgia. After checking in, I was given a room key in a room assignment after we got to the room we unpacked and got organized. My grandson noticed that the outlets were not working in the room nor did we have any lamps that were working at the time I called the front desk and they advised me they would call maintenance a few minutes passed and I got a return phone call from the front desk. They advised me that maintenance was aware of the problem and asked if we wanted to change rooms. I explain to them that I’ve already unpacked and I really don’t want to go through the trouble of having to move the next morning, I want to check out and advise the clerk at the desk about the issues with the room. I was told that the manager was aware of it, and that they were going to return my money for the room, but they stated that due to me paying a third-party, they would have to get with them to release the money. The next day I took my grandchildren to summer waves and the entire day I was having to go to my car to get some water to charge on my phone in case my husband needed to get in touch with me. This created a lot of problems for me the next day due to my phone not being adequately charged. My question is if they knew there was an issue with the rain. Why did they put me in it at this point I have not received a refund or been contacted by the hotel.

NillMy husband chose this location due it's location off Misery Road. We stayed on the Pagan River the night before so it was staying with the vibe. 🤣 I loved the bow on the tp! This person needs a raise! The shower was amazing but the water pressure, as in most, was that of a 90 yr old prostate patient. The pool area and gym were very nice. Typical continental breakfast. Numerous restaurants nearby. The staff actually recommended a superb choice we truly enjoyed.

NillDelcina at the front desk is wonderful. She’s very friendly and happy to help. All the staff is friendly. The place is very clean and in a convenient location. Just know that if you are staying several days you will need to make a request for housekeeping to empty garbage and replace towels. It is protocol for Marriott. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

NillI stayed for 1 night on my way to Florida. This hotel is located right off of I-95. I’ve seen reviews that people mention there’s a lot of noise from the interstate, however I heard none. Check in was so easy. The first room that was assigned to me had a problem with the air conditioner, but Alicia moved me to another room within a matter of minutes. The whole hotel looked very clean, the beds were comfortable, and I rested well. The employees that I came in contact with were so very polite. Alicia went above and beyond my expectations. Next time I’m traveling through I will definitely stay here again.

NillMy husband and I got stuck in Brunswick on our way to Toronto during a power surge from the hurricane (don’t get a Tesla lol), but the people at Courtyard Inn treated us like FAMILY. Special shout-out to Christopher who put in so much effort into making sure every single person staying at the hotel was comfortable during such a difficult time. He went above and beyond to make sure we all felt safe and had everything we could possibly need. I’ve never been treated so well, not even at five star hotels. He was extremely professional, kind, and capable of handling unexpected situations. If I ever pass through Georgia again, I would definitely stay here and urge you all to do so as well!
