Courtyard Dalton

This hotel was clean, comfortable and attractive. The front desk was super nice. The room was modern and clean. The lobby was nice size. The cafe in the lobby had great croissants and the lady was super nice. My only complaint which is minimal was only one elevator. When you are trying to get out in the morning, it is a little harder to get the elevator with lots of folks trying to leave and housekeeping trying to get to the rooms to clean. That was just a minor inconvenience. Everything about the stay was great. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay! The rooms were spotless, and the staff was always hard at work, ensuring excellent service. While there's no free breakfast, there are plenty of nearby options for a quick and tasty meal.

Positive: Rooms are clean & well fitted. Bathrooms are modern. Lobby bar & restaurant is nice but pricey. Negative: Hallway noise is a real problem at all hours.

They claim it is because of how your company placed the order with them, but during my four day stay, they never cleaned my room once (even when requested). In fairness, if you are selling rooms at a discount, you shouldn’t change services without notifying the customer. Brenda (in their Starbucks) was amazing. Otherwise, the property was average at best, and parking was a challenge.

So we ended up staying 2 nights and that wasn't planned. We had a medical emergency but the staff was very understanding and made sure we were accommodated. Clean rooms and if I wasn't scarred by what happened, I would stay here again but now I have just bad memories of what happened.

The Courtyard Marriott in Dalton, GA, provided an excellent stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat. However, the highlight was the friendly and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The indoor pool was a fantastic bonus, especially when the temperature outside dipped to a chilly 25 degrees. It’s a perfect spot for comfort and hospitality.

I am a strong Marriott fan and this little gem did not disappoint. The room was perfectly clean and food and drinks were available in the lobby. Good bourbon selection and good coffee the next morning.
