Holiday Inn Express Atlanta W (I-20) Douglasville by IHG

When entering I was greeted by a gentleman and he was very courteous. Entering the room, it seems clean and modern enough. However, the bathroom was not clean enough for me. There was this weird stench behind the toilet and hair on the floor and tub. Thankfully, I bring cleaning products with me, so I sprayed the back of the toilet floor. The toilet paper was still rolled in the original paper and every garbage bin had a big folded sitting on the side of it. Now I can't blame the hotel or the blame falls on whom ever is cleaning. But it appeared to be lazy. The breakfast area and options were very small. It seemed like anymore than 3 people it was crowed. I did not eat here for breakfast. The elevator takes quite some time to get to the floor. However, the location of the hotel is great and some restaurants are walkable. Overall, the room gave me the ick and I made sure to do my own cleaning and keep my travel slippers on. I won't be returning to this hotel or recommending it.

First off I never leave a negative review, but they did NOTHING to resolve this... My back still hurts from these super soft beds that almost seem like under inflated air mattress’s. They offer zero support and your body sinks way down inside not to mention the fabric covered foundations kept creaking like it had broken wood inside. They changed my room the following day to a room with two Queens but they were almost as bad. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean however impossible to sleep on those beds. We had paid for five nites got no compensation for two sleepless nights and no refund for the following three nights I could not stay there due to the pain caused by those beds.

It was a wonderful experience. It’s a nice beautiful hotel. It looks very luxury and it’s really clean and I love the architecture inside the lobby, including the breakfast area and outside the hallways from each floor of the hotel and the hotel rooms that you stay in looks really nice in detail, clean bedsheets nice clean bathrooms encounters clean Refrigerators and countertops, big TVs with great 4K and HD quality and quality remotes and also a really nice closet where you can put your shoes and other stuff inside

Checking in and greetings were so simple and welcoming. The assistant was very generous and easy to deal with even made sure I had extra towels and blankets if needed. I would definitely recommend this stay for a family member or potentially in the future for me thanks again

Had the best breakfast ever. Food was excellent, fresh, warm and plentiful. The beds were comfortable and clean. Kudos to the staff. The staff at the hotel desk impressed me, a senior and my 13 year old grandson. He was so impressed he now wants to work with Holiday inn Express. After college of course . The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful & very professional. I will stay at this location when I visit family in the area. Exceptional experience.

My stay was four days, Over all the hotel was clean, my room was clean, the beds are firm, the pillows were great, they seemed new, each bed had four pillows, two very firm and two soft. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast food, the dining area was clean and the food fresh. The property outside was also kept clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Easy access to interstate. Check-in was a breeze. Dining and desk staff were friendly and helpful. Any amenity I accessed was clean and in good working condition (dryer and ice machine). We had breakfast and it was fair. Convenient in that this got on the road quickly. Coffee was good and was ready well before breakfast hours. We appreciated that because we are not fond of Keurig or other 'instant' coffee offerings. Beds were good, pillows were better than expected and we got restful sleep.

Location was close and convenient to our event. We always enjoy our stay at the Holiday Inn! My only complaint is there were not enough working outlets in our room! Very stressful with multiple guests in the room! Definitely suggest that maintenance checks all rooms and outlets for guests!
