Stayed for several months my wife and I never caused any problems she even worked for them in the office for a bit and we are currently fighting with them over returning our deposit Our room always stayed clean despite the roaches everywhere including in the office refrigerator that they use for the breakfast milk juice and pancake mix It’s infested and they don’t want to call an exterminator we finally had to move and now they are saying we never paid a deposit when we have every single receipt Now we are seeking legal assistance and found out that we can not only sue for the deposit they refuse to give back to us but we can sue for every dime we spent because of the infestation in the hotel that doesn’t meet health inspection standards also fighting constantly between the owners daughter and residents of the hotel We have all the pictures and video needed along with every receipt Please do not stay here ****** Then a month later she responds with this bs after she told us she doesn't work there anymore which we also have proof of our room was the cleanest room in that building my wife worked there smh we also took pictures of the room because we knew they would pull this crap we are taking legal steps to move forward

good location and price, sure, convenient to get to atlanta from here. room appeared clean upon first glance but after returning for the night we found bugs crawling in the corners and on the door. front desk attendant offered us raid to spray around the room. television wasn't working. building reeks of cigarettes (room smells ok). $50 deposit for non-smoking room that was not disclosed prior. wouldn't consider staying again, not really worth it for the price. id rather spend more and stay somewhere else. the kindness of the front desk attendant was appreciated but the hotel itself is a miss.

The room was amazing, however upon checking in, we were told there was a $50 service charge that would be returned to us during checkout the next day, which wasn't mentioned online anywhere. The next day, the morning staff lady claimed she processed the refund of the $50 and did not issue us a receipt for the refund, insisting that their policy was not to give a receipt, and said our money would be back on our card in an hour. We questioned her about the unusual policy and she adamantly confirmed the refund was processed and said our money would be back on our card in an hour. We checked out at 10:30 a.m., and by 9 p.m., we still hadn't seen a return and called the hotel. The gentleman who answered not only told us the refund hadn't been processed, but he did so manually on the spot while we were on the phone, and when we went back to the hotel that night for a receipt, he gave us one with no problem and said it very much IS their policy to give receipts for all transactions. The lady on staff lied to our faces. Again, the room was fine, well furnished and clean, but a staff member lying to us and pretending to process the refund all while insisting assertively that their policy was not to give a receipt was a red flag. As much as we loved our stay here, we most likely will not ever return to this hotel, especially if the woman who pulled this stunt is on staff. Over a week later, and still haven't received or seen my refund process for the security deposit. I called my bank and they said nothing was pending and the transaction didn't show up at all in the transaction history, meaning the merchant charged me but the refund still has not been processed. This is an ongoing situation and has not been resolved.

Went down for breakfast no breakfast doors was locked. Wanted to workout sign says 8am to 8pm went in at 7:03pm was told the manager wanted workout room closed at 7. I work till 6:30 I pay to stay somewhere I can workout. It’s pretty sorry.

Skip it hon. This Hotel charging $50 deposit on non smoking rooms. It's really scammy. Got a smoking room because of this. The smell of skunky Marijuana overrides anty cigarette smell here. Drawers open on dressers. I had to wedge t.p. under it. Noticed no ashtrays anyway. Missing coffee pot as advertised. Wifi didn't work on gamers console. Called to front desk, was toldto Google it. I guess she was right about that. Paid $80 cash so I could leave quick and not worry about my card. Oh yeah lots of trash covers this property. Saw a roach in my room on the way out. Soft clean bed and decent bathtub were the positives here.

We enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed for one night, but no complaints. The location was right by a gas station, and across the main road from Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, and their may have been more options. Some good options for any time of the day. The person who checked us in, was so sweet and kind. We did get lost and ended up stairs. He came up and guided us back down to our room. He was also was the one who checked us out. I definitely would give him a thumbs up for being so helpful. The room was pretty nice for the price. I was honestly hesitant about booking here from previous reviews, but our room was nice and clean. A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN THAT MICROTEL NEAR THE AIRPORT - 👀. I wish I could talk about the breakfast, but we had to leave before we could enjoy it.

This place was disgusting and horrible. We rented a room when we got up stairs to it. There was a necked man in the room. We went down to let them know. They gave us another room and said that happens all the time. The new room smelled wet and like mildew. Everything had and oily film. The security doors do not lock so stranger cam just come and go. This place was so bad. An when we were leaving the girl behind the desk was very nice and apologized stated she would let the owner/manager know and get my wife a discount or something. We have heard nothing at all. In a week.

We were traveling with our two small dogs so we very pleased that they only charge a refundable deposit. But the bathroom floor was filthy, the bed skirts were stained, the thin blanket/bedspread had several cigarette burns, even though we were in a non-smoking room. In the, otherwise empty, Kleenex box there was a 2” piece of broken tile and breakfast was lacking.
