Days Inn by Wyndham Douglasville-Atlanta-Fairburn Road

I’ve stayed here a few times before and this place is really good. Roshun at the front desk is always very sweet and helpful which does play a tremendous part in my choice to stay here! Very convenient location food and gas is within 5 minutes. They have a light breakfast and a few room options. The king suite was by far my favorite. Great rates for the most part I’d definitely recommend!

Location was great. Accommodated us late night without a reservation. The gentleman at the counter was nice and helpful, and the reason this review is more than 2 stars. We brought our puppy and it was nice to have the 1st floor, and walk right out the door to take her for a walk. The room itself however was lacking, there were no bath towels, no facial tissue, no coffee, and the sink and bathtub drained very slow - seemed clogged. But it was just a 1-night stay, the bed was comfy, we got a good night rest, some coffee at the front desk, and were back on the road. Overall we would stay here again but hope we get better luck on the room next time. We will just assume it was late and the final preps for the room got overlooked somehow.

Friendly staff. Our room was clean, quiet and fairly large. We got in late so we opted for sleep over breakfast but our bed was rather comfy. We would definitely return if we were ever back in this area.

Staff was helpful, dog friendly rooms, but not clean at all. Stained bed sheets, hair on the pillows, unknown grime on the walls, etc. Truly was concerned for bedbugs. I never expect spotless, but I do expect clean.

The room was disgusting. There was so much outdoor traffic during our stay with Unknown activities going on. Our room had an indescribable stench, the toilet had ORANGE dried up urine on the lid, there was no soap in the shower rooms. The bed sheets had holes in them with huge brown stains and we told the hotel staff & they didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it. Horrible experience and the worst hotel I have ever stayed with.

Room was beautiful,beds nice. When I went to shower, I really did not like sharing with the roach bug. When I turned on the water black stuff came off the drain. No cups but had lids. Stopped by the office to get 25$ deposit and saw only cereal and no bananas. No muffins or yogurt either. 97.00 is too much for such.

Dates: 9/13-9/16/24 Let’s start from the beginning..if you want to stay around stray cats, water bug/roaches on site then be their guest! Rooms have a mildew smell, to which beyond housekeeping the front desk staff can are most unhelpful. Fixtures in the apartment are caked in dirt, hair, and the units are quick cleaned. Continental breakfast doesn’t have much flexibility or accommodating times menu is a joke. Muffins, yogurt, instant oats, grits, ..Room service is kind, but could do better cleaning. Overall this place could use a makeover cosmetically, and hygienically. There’s dried up blood under stairway. The front desk staff is selectively helpful, not great customer service. I was offered another room that wasn’t any different if not worse…Location isn’t on the best street, but the shower was the main benefit..beds are meh.

Customer Service was very helpful and understanding to needs while on property for short comfortable stay. Didn't experience any inorderly conducts. Room was clean, tidy and replenished. Housekeepers were very polite and Observant. Pool was available for use.
