They band me because I wouldn't pay the maintenance 75 dollars to fix my toilet 😂🙄 I would give a zero if I could cause they really tried it when I had been there for a while an they made plenty money off me

the wifi is slow and doesn't work or connect most of the time, the rooms are old and dirty, has no machines to do laundry, their is nothing good at this hotel look for somewhere else. the manager doesn’t care enough about this place to fix it up

They're alright. Room need a little makeover but they aren't too bad. I don't like the fact that there are alot of vagrants and homeless walking around the property and near people cars. I had to go move my car to where i can see it from the window.

The location is a CONVENIENT Area but the PRICE IS WAY TO MUCH ESPECIALLY WITH the up keep on the rooms definitely needs updated and clean, and repairs in it. It also needs better mattress and pillow, plus the CARPET IN THE ROOMS ARE VERY VERY DIRTY UNTIL THEY ARE BLACK 😣😱😞AND NEED TO BE REMOVE THEY SMELL DIRTY AND LOOKS DEPLORABLE PLUS THE ROOMS SMELLS. Plus it needs to provide maid service everyday in the rooms if you are staying a week or so.

Terrible Customer service. The front Desk Girl Saying her name is Ashley Tucker was beyond rude when I had a simple question about my daughters room and payment. When you have nasty customer service from your employees it will hurt your business. This place is terrible and Unaccomadating.

Their housekeepers steal the man behind the front drsk is rude and disrespectful. He has no respect for his patriots. The room are small smelly and overpriced. The room i stayed in is room 148 and it had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet in front of the air conditioning. They did have a nice flat-screen tv was the only enjoyable thing in the room. The towels was dingy and the tub was not cleaned at all. The bed had bedbugs and i was asked to leave cause i complained.

The short Indian man that owns the hotel is a nice man. But the female white receptionist with pierced lips is very rude. I got robbed at the hotel twice and decided to check out cause I'm disabled.. this people refused to refund my money back into my card and lied they've refunded it. That white short lady was the one that checked me out at night and stole my money. I had 4 extra day payment with them and their wifi doesn't work. That's a scam.. but the hotel is really cheap and they have a good cable station and some nice rooms!!

Once you get past all the roaches & the smell. It's an okay place to stay. It's convenient to the interstate & the airport. It's not too expensive. It's not a five star hotel, but it'll do for a quick stay if you're short on funds.
