Travelodge by Wyndham Forest Park Atlanta South

It was good. We enjoyed our one night stay. We will return next time that we plan to have another staycation. The room was clean and I liked the closets that was closed off. We will definitely stay again with the travelodge as we have stayed with them before

Positive: Nothing, I checked the box for Pet Friendly, and when I arrived at the hotel I was told that NO pets were allowed. Negative: False Advertising that they allow pets. I checked the box for pet friendly hotels. When I arrived at Midnight I was told that they didn?t allow pets in the rooms, and it?s not the greatest neighborhood, so I was not leaving my dogs in the car.,

We ran out of options due to a weather delay in ATL, and must say this was a pretty rough experience. The room smelled like smoke, the sheets were stained and the bathroom looked like an animal tried to claw out of it. While it was VERY economical, avoid at all costs if you can.

Don't stay here. This is a $35 dollar room that we had to pay $100 for. The first room we got reaked of cigarettes and the second was not clean at all. There's a cigarette burn on one of our pillows. The floor around the tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the toilet looked like it was used before we got in there. The walls have stuff all over it. It's just so bad. Don't waste your money.

The hotel is horrible. Wouldn’t even stay here again if I had no choice. Paid 105 for a room which online is $71. Even if including tax prices don’t match. The indian people are extremely racist towards black people . Also telling me I couldn’t have quest on the property. So getting food delivered is off limits.

The place is not in a very convenient spot. Other guests were loud during the night though that's not really the hotel's fault. The rooms were okay nothing fancy. My parents found a dead roach in their bathroom, no live bugs were found in the room and the beds seemed clean. Some rooms have newer AC units. The older units barely put out cold air so if you like it cold get a room with the newer units that show the temperature setting number.

If I was travelling alone, it would've been an OK place for a quick stop on the road. The service was alright, but we seemed to have some misunderstandings about when our room would be cleaned by room service. Also, the floor in our room felt sticky or damp, which was unpleasant (perhaps they had just cleaned the carpet?). Maybe others might have a better experience here.
