Clarion Pointe Forsyth I-75

Baptist lasting maintenance in the whole building was ridiculous. We got there and there was nobody in the office. I had to go over to the comfort in order to get my room and then I asked him. Are you sure this is a non-smoking room? Yep so I go to get in the room and guess what? Here's four guys drinking and smoking out on the porch and I thought wow did. I waste my money here but I went back over to the comfort again and they said oh we'll get you a different room and she did. That's why I gave her two stars for service. However, the room was nasty. There is a horrible Brown stains all over the tub. Shower nozzle doesn't work right and ends up spraying water down on the floor wasting towels because you have to throw them on the floor to soak it up. The toilet is only about 12 in high. It'd be perfect if I was either a little person or a child, but it's pretty tough to sit on it. When you're a 69-year-old male the beds I will say were comfortable. The heater was noisy. There was no way to block out the light coming in around the door or around the window. Yeah it was not a good experience. I basically wasted my money because outside the door they had a smoking dump and a garbage can and everybody that decided to go out of their room walk down to my room stood outside of it and smoked and in the morning when I came out there was at least 30 cigarette butts on the ground outside my room. You know what you guys really don't know how to run a motel or a hotel or whatever you want to call it. It said it was two and a half Stars. It's more like .2 Stars not even a quarter star but less than that. Well glad to share some information, but frankly Clarion used to be a good name. It sure isn't anymore. Thank you for nothing

Went for a girls weekend. The room was reasonably priced. The beds were ok comfortable for a little bit but by morning my back hurt. Smell in the room was musty & the refrigerator was rusty & the freezer was iced over. Other than that, the staff was very nice & it was quiet where our room was. Not a bad stay!

When I checked into the hotel, they were completely out of toilet paper. There were no sodas in the concession area, the ass maker had been broken on the second floor so long that it had cobwebs and dirt in it. There were bottle caps, q-tips, and other trash behind the nightstands. The sheets had stains on them and the mattress pad on the king size mattress was from a full size bed at best. I was there 11/3 through 11/9

Toilet overflowed.. called for help and hour later had to leave and still had no help from anybody. Upon working with Priceline they refused refund or any compensation. I have traveled across the country and have never had such a bad experience

We were surprised at how nice this hotel was for the money spent. The room was nice and cozy. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We would have loved to stay longer. We received great service from start to finish. Oh, and we even had a special little note left on the pad when we first entered our room. So sweet!

There was no one there to check us in. We had to go to the Comfort Inn next door to check in. The room was filthy except for the bathroom fixtures (thankfully). All surfaces were dirty. I took napkins from the coffee packs and wiped counters and furniture which was sticky from food residue. I would not recommend this place. The staff member checking us out the following morning didn’t seem too interested in our complaint. It’s a beautiful facility, breakfast was good, breakfast room clean but the lack of room cleanliness and poor front desk service was unacceptable.

We’re staying here for my husband’s job and have been coming up each week with him. The hotel has been good about accommodating us and specifically Abigail at the front desk is fantastic. She’s so sweet and wonderful to my toddler. She is literally the ONLY person at the front desk who answers the phone when I call, and who actually gives us things we need. Everyone else ignores the phone. The wonderful Vicky is so sweet and makes special treats for my little guy and she’s wonderful. My only complaint is that because we’ve stayed for so long our rooms are not being cleaned as thoroughly. However, it’s been a great experience.

Hotel reception area looked updated and clean. Sliding doors looked like the glass was cleaned with a mop as well as the mirror and TV screen in our room. Associates we not too friendly. Room was dated, didn't seem clean. Mold in the shower and shoddy repairs. They think a coat of paint can update presence. Painters must have had one eye open. Had a present of not clean.
