Prince~Fleming Haus

We make this a stop on our twice annual North/south trek. Carol is a fabulous host, attending to all our needs. I love the jacuzzi room upstairs. Each room has different amenities, so be sure to talk about what you need. The attention to historic detail is fun to explore while the rooms are comfortable and unique. Breakfast ...well, let’s just say my foodie husband would visit just for the breakfast! This is a labor of love and not a polished corporate location. Go with the flow and enjoy the break from the busy I95 traffic. Good restaurants nearby. Quaint tiny town that time has passed by

This place is splendid. Carol puts so much love and dedication into her charming house and takes excellent care of her guests. Every inch of the house is decorated and filled with character. The rooms and bathrooms are tidy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice bed & shower. Never received breakfast the whole week there. Was locked out of house for 45min after being told it was no curfew. Was told it was a fire stick & never received it. Was agreed I would have one visitor from time to time who would stay the night but Carol lied about it & was not going to accept another payment unless my gf would stay away. Bad business is what I encountered, wouldn't recommend it to couples at all!

Great place to stay in Kingsland! Carol is a gracious hostess, breakfast is consistently delicious and the room is always impeccably clean.
