Magnolia Inn - Kingsland, GA

Clean room. Could use better shower, tub / shower needed maintenance. Towels felt like sandpaper. Sheets also felt rough. However for the reasonable price all of this was expected. Hotel in convenient location, lots of nearby dining and big box stores. Service was great, friendly. I would stay here again.

This place needs a lot of work. The bed was a box spring. The rooms were non smoking but the person next to our room stayed out front coughing all night. The drug dealers out front of our room were busy saw two transactions take place. The door had a crack underneath big enough we had to put duct tape over it. Pillows were half sized. The only good thing I can say is was good to check out and head home. I would not recommend this place. Unless your into drugs and illegal activity and or your desperate

Website false advertisement. My rm smells like a chimney smoker was in it. Broken furniture and walls. Light switch by main door doesn't work. NOT a kitchenette as advertised and charged for only a crappy mini fridge and microwave. Not a jetted tub as shown only a peeling beat up tub. Not a double queen beds but 2 fulls. Nor worth 950.00 for my 16 day stay

Rooms have been newly renovated. Location was great, Eat at Angelo's nearby. The bathroom fixtures need an upgrade but for the night it was good. Staff was very friendly. After a day of driving it served its purpose for a good rest.

They allowed a schizo lady who was already causing problems to stay here. She then destroyed piping and set off the fire alarm, causing flooding and no water. Towels were dirty, Place smells like smoke. Overall, it was a very disgusting place and experience.

Don’t bother. They didn’t have our room type available. We booked a Deluxe room, king bed, sofa bed. They changed us to 2 double beds. No notice. We moved into this room. There was poop in the toilet. Had the room re-cleaned. Went the pool while it was cleaned. Pool was dirty. 2 cases empty beer cans left on pool deck. Tried tv. Remote didn’t work. The shower head needs descale or replace. The towels are old, stained, and threadbare. Food behind the fridge. Used the toilet. Wouldn’t flush. Owner came and fixed remote and plunged toilet. Front desk lady offered us the plunger. Really ? Coat rack doesn’t have hangers. Asked for some at the front desk. They don’t have any. They never offered a discount or refund for any of it. I prob forgot something but you get the idea. If there were zero stars or negative I would choose that. Relieved it’s only one night. Do not recommend.

Rooms newly renovated. Still Working on updates. The room was clean. Lots of places nearby for food, fuel, etc. Bathroom fixtures needed updating but they are functional. Staff was great. Room was clean and more than served its purpose for a rest.

Milton evacuee, had my children with us, area was safe, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was surprisingly good! Management was friendly! We would stay here again! This was just off 95! Perfect for traveling!
