This place is absolute TRASH! Don't believe any positive reviews. Their likely written by the shifty staff. After driving 3 hours for a business trip, I ended up in this roach motel. Pics on site are old and from when it was a well kept Best Western. Now it's a ran down roach motel where you can barely see the numbers on the buildings.||The room was filthy! Hand prints on the mirrors. Dirty curtains. Leaky ceiling. Smoke filled room that manager refused to change. Sheets were dirty. Housekeeping took pictures and didn't want to replace. Reluctantly went next door and lukely pulled sheets off of that bed to put on mine. Spoke in hindi to each other complaining. ||Manager was rude, insulting, racist and sexist. He refused to give me a smoke-free room saying I needed an additional $50 deposit. He insulted me telling that I must have never been to a hotel before. Arguing asking well which ones because their all the same policy for non-smoking. I can't even get out all my frustrations in writing! But trust me when I say STAY AWAY! Go to a real hotel. You're not saving any money here. You're actually over paying. Hopefully it will be shutdown soon.

The wild life is abundant here, cockroaches roam freely. My colleague had breathing problems after inhaling the fumes in his ‘room’ from a recent fumigation.there was a tornado warning the night I stayed, otherwise I would have left. A direct hit would have probably done this business a huge favour. It shouldn’t be operating. Used to be a Best Western (which is what we booked it under) but was taken over by someone else who never told us. Felt like The Bates Motel on a bad day. The pool was drained and full of junk, the breakfast was woeful and the coffee, the worst I’ve drunk in America. I hit out of there at first light and am now over the road at Jury’s inn, which I highly recommend.

Very nice clean hotel staff amazing maintenance very quick the rooms are very nice first time here and I love its really quiet located near everything I want to thank the clarion pointe for excellent service front desk staff amazing

Over paid for my stay and the office would not reimburse me what they owed me. When I found out of the over payment I tried to talk to the office (male) and he kept hanging up on me, after he said he would not help me, it was over a $40 over charge they would not help with. But instead kept hanging up on me. Instead of making it right. I would not re visit this place. Very unprofessional, very rude customer service skill

Beware. This hotel is under renovation Sept 2024. Constant noise and appliance debris scattered over the grassy areas. It's not a good look to have a hotel lawn scattered with old toilets and debris from hotel rooms. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning. It was obvious that certain things in the room were never cleaned (telephone).

All I can say is I am extremely impressed. I come to Atlanta often and I usually stay at another chain hotel. However Best Western is definitely my new hotel. It is very clean and the breakfast was so fresh and amazing! Also, Zephanie was such a sweetheart. I didn't get much sleep the night before and she allowed me to check out an hour later. I'm definitely going to be returning!

Unfortunately, when we walked into our room, the first thing we see is a ROACH. The front office person quickly switched our room. Secondly, the pool was NOT OPEN. I wish I would have checked before making the reservation as we had a child with us looking forward to it. Overall, this is a motel "remodeled" into what they now call a 'hotel'. Breakfast was decent (scrambled eggs, pork sausage, pancakes, biscuits, yogurt and cereal). We were there only 2 nights, but we will not be returning, the roach thing was just too much.
