NillCheck in was quick and easy! $50 incidental Deposit… don’t remember her name but she had the cutest nails. Very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Her advice gave me a realistic view on the time I needed to leave with traffic. The room… make up girlies, the lighting in the bathroom isn’t the best but the sliding bathroom door has a mirror and the lighting in the room makes up for the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, pillow cases weren’t clean! Outlets on the alarm were great! Type C, didn’t require an adapter! The shower wasn’t the cleanest, grime was on the door and the shower floor wasn’t clean either but I have shower shoes. Stains were on the towels as well. Desk area was nice! Chair was very disappointing! Awesome location and nice gym! I stayed on the first floor, had an issue around 10pm with noise and it was immediately corrected by the front desk. For $200 a night, wouldn’t stay again but It was a last minute getaway and I was able to shop and sleep, which was the purpose of my trip before driving back home.

★We had a horrible stay! Drove all day and extremely tired, chose a hotel off the I-95. Lobby looks nice and new, but the rooms are old with a facelift. Not surprised, I wasn’t expecting it to be five stars. The front staff were very nice. They put us in a room on the first floor next to the back exit. The back door was incredibly loud when it slammed shut. I phoned the front desk at 9:00 at night to complain and she offered to move us. We had already brought in all our belongings and it would have been a whole ordeal to have to pack up again just to move. She said she would look into it and the noise stopped. We felt we were safe to stay in the same room. At 1:00 am the slamming started again. Unable to sleep from that point on. Rooms are not well insulated, hallway very noisy. We called the manager, Laurie Jadrych, to tell her of our experience and she basically said too bad and all she could do is offer us $10.00 towards our next stay. I don’t understand why they would put us in a room they knew was a problem. Awful customer service. They have one job, to provide a room for customers to sleep, and they couldn’t do that right. Shameful!

Just saying what you are thinking
NillStayed on Christmas Day traveling through. The rooms are not bad the bathroom was nice. Good location close to interstate with food options around. Good price for the night. it has been recently updated but definitely had a cheap feel to the room with the vinyl flooring that feels weird and hollow sounding under your feet you can also see all the wheel marks from the previous persons before us from pulling their luggage I assume. The contractors who did the work were not very good at their job as evident by all the cracked drywall in the room we were in and the gaps in the door that let light in from the hallway. The blue light as you pull up at night as mentioned by another reviewer is definitely annoying also if not dangerous. The biggest issue though was the noise. The walls are not very soundproof at all and there was a large group of people that kept going in and out of each other’s rooms and I could hear the sound of the keycard activating the door lock and the door opening and closing each time. It was non stop for a while I should have kept count but it was a lot. Not to mention the young girl that kept saying FBI open up each time she entered the next room. Also could hear people from the other rooms around moving and even using the bathroom. So if you are a light sleeper you may want to look for other options as my wife and I didn’t sleep well at all because of it.

★★★★This was a good stopover for a night traveling I95. The hotel has a modern, eclectic feel to it. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We only had their cold breakfast items to eat since we were departing before the official breakfast hours. I'd stay here again.

NillWont be staying here again. Will let my office know to book us elsewhere where we can receive our points. After giving my rewards number, I was told I would receive my points and gift cards of 50 each per 2 nights I stayed to only find out someone else was credited with my points and will receive my two 50.00 gift cards. Was told that once points are issued they cant be reissued or credited to me even tho the wrong person was credited and it was hotels own fault not mine. Sad.

★★★★This hotel was new, clean and modern. The washroom was sparkling clean and the bed was comfortable. The Staff was friendly upon check in and breakfast was good. ||Unfortunately there were some small construction issues - it looked like there was a rush to finish the hotel in time. We noted small issues such as, unfished corners or grout, a wall with 2 distinct colors of paint, crooked wall light switches, dinged furniture. ||When my husband was in the washroom (sliding barn door), he tried to slide the door open to exit back into the main room and the interior bathroom door handle came off in his hand. He was actually locked in the washroom so lucky for him I was in the room watching TV and could come and help him. We reported this to the staff on the way out but the did not seem particularly interested. ||These small issues did not affect my stay and I would stay here again, but it is unfortunate that such a newly constructed hotel would have such issues so soon after opening.

NillGreat place to stay the night. Comfortable beds and hospitable service from the friendly staff. Breakfast is good enough to fill your belly and the coffee is good. It's not fancy or luxurious, but for the price, it will do just fine. It's clean and the location can't be beat. Restaurants and shops nearby with Tanger Outlets right down the road.

NillOne of the clerks ran my debit card before I arrived without my permission. The manager charged my card for nights that were paid for with cash. When confronted, she put the blame on other staff members. I had to go through so much to get my account straightened out. She never apologized for any if my inconvenience! What a "manager"!
