NillEasily a five star with two simple changes. I took a half a point for the digital key system not working and I took a half a point for the horrible dinner at the restaurant. I will definitely go back to this hotel and will recommend this hotel. I love Hilton, I love the Hilton app and I LOVE the digital key system. If it doesn’t work then hang a sign that says I have to get a regular key. Don’t let me pick my room in the app and send me a digital key and let me bypass the front desk and lug my stuff up to the room only to find out I cannot get in and have to lug everything back to the front desk. Not cool. Hang a sign on the front door telling me I need to stop and get a key just in case. Hotel restaurant cost a full star. The absolute worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life. I literally could not take a bite because the bread was so hard. You could see my bite marks in the bun where I was trying. Couldn’t eat and couldn’t swap it out because when I sat down I was shown a list of all the things the restaurant had was out of. No fries No chicken tenders No steak No egg rolls No chicken wings This was already a simple menu and by removing those items you were left with salad or cheeseburger. Again, if you’re missing that much and can’t provide good quality on the couple of things you do have then just say the restaurant is temporarily closed aside from breakfast. My first night there is when I tried to eat and after the debacle since it was my birthday I asked for the lava cake. The lady again apologized and said they didn’t have any dessert. She did feel bad about the bad burger and took half price off after she touched the bun and said she didn’t know what happened. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept up. The snack area was just about empty and had very minimal choices in it. All of this to say- good value for the price for the room. Bring your own snacks, DO NOT eat at the restaurant, and stop by the front desk for a regular key. I will definitely stay here again and will be thoroughly satisfied by following the advice I’ve given here.

NillDoubletree standards just aren't what they used to be. The room was clean but wallpaper was old and torn. The wifi for streaming costs 4.95 and didn't work properly. The TV's are basic, no smart devices here. The bathroom lighting is horrible. The restaurant was okay but when I pay 250 a night there should be a continental option for breakfast. That said the breakfast menu is sparse and expensive. We paid 55 before tip for 2 egg, potato, bacon plates and a kids pancake. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because staff is friendly and it's convenient to the airport. I think we'll stick to Marriot properties.

★★★★Nice hotel. Staff super friendly. The bar/restaurant was out of all of their desserts. The scent in the rooms was a pleasing minty smell, much better than the over perfume smell in some hotels. Would stay again! Breakfast was good. Geocache in parking lot was a bonus.

NillThis was a very unfortunate experience and there is nowhere else to write this review. Central booking locked me into rooms that don’t work for my situation. I have a lot of children and requested rooms that were connected. Central booking informed me that they would request that the rooms are close as possible and requested connected if available. Here’s where they got me. The rooms that they booked couldn’t even be connecting rooms. So when I went to the front desk after we saw what had happened, they told me that based on how the rooms were reserved it couldn’t be fixed. I’ve stayed at double tree before and this is certainly a lackluster experience. Central booking is not knowledgeable of the hotels or what they’re even booking. Next up, trying to get this issue solved is absolutely ridiculous. Expect to jump through hoops if they made this mistake because it’s non refundable even though they screwed up from the beginning. It has been escalated through management at central booking and now I have to call them back after an hour, sacrificing more of my time on this, because they have high call volume which prevents them from calling back customers that raised concerns about the process in which they were booked. This has been a crap show. I expected a much better experience. With all of that said, the front desk is super nice, although they did make the mistake of thinking they got me connected rooms, they definitely have my vote for service. They are super nice and seem stressed. With central booking screwing up their reservations I’m not surprised these poor individuals seem overworked. Again, front desk rocks, centra booking sucks.
