Staff seemed attentive!! Clean rooms and fresh sheets! Some people mentioned bed bugs so I promptly checked in and around my mattress and really it seemed fine. Bathroom was decent and I had a lovely shower… and woke bright and early to maybe the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. Literally all the options you’d expect AND some. Gotta have dat hotel waffle yfm?? Yeah guys it’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for as far as it not having absolute luxury, but really stellar for the price!!!!

I give this hotel 5 stars. It's in a well lite & safe location near the airport & shopping area. Staff provided friendly customers service. The hotel ground & rooms was clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was great with different options. It's worth the price & will be using again in future

Clean and comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Recumbent bicycle and both ellipticals in fitness center not working. Rooms on first floor need refreshed - shower curtain too short resulting in water on bathroom floor. Fit and finish looks worn.

Overall good visit. Great location and parking. Clean comfortable bed. However the television service was poor! I was unable to find out about the area because the hotel did not have a working local channel station or provide listing of working channels.

The hotel is in a good location near the interstate but in a nice location near a lake, in a quiet area away from traffic. While not a new hotel it's well maintained. Breakfast was good and well above the grap and dash level. I did not use the fitness room but was impressed with the equipment available. Very nice clean hotel in a safe tranquil location. Unfortunately we were just traveling through for an overnight stop and could not fully enjoy all the immunities. Good value for the price.

arrived after 5 hour delay in my flight from phillly.||Takeema wouldnt let me check in and I had difficulty accessing my room.|At one point she stated my name wast in the system, despite my parent already in the room|nasty woman w an attitude. ||after i showed her my reservation she finally gave me a key.||what a painful experience.||Instead of apologizing, she continued to berate me after i told her that she was quite difficult.||She would leave and walk into the back room only to return x2 to continue to verbally attack me.||owner should reconsider finding someone more helpful considerate and kind. Perhaps a lil less insane||i assume her attitude is the same all day w anyone...||if you want to be greeted w miserable nasty people, come here.

Great location right off the highway with a nice lake. Felicia at the front desk was so friendly and kind, and gave us a great dinner recommendation. My only negative was the tv remote didn’t work well, and I couldn’t get espn in my room.

It's not a bad looking place. But maintaining a hotel is very important! The TV didn't work. The problem is that the remote doesn't have the programming to make it function. The shower curtain rod is loose and the shower curtain falls into the middle of the tub. So there was water all over the floor. The light fixtures in the bathroom were very rusted or maybe just need to be cleaned? The water supply tube has black mold on it! I called the front desk to ask about the TV, no maintenance or manager was on site. I'm just glad that we didn't have a bigger problem! It was an overnight stay and I won't be back so I don't care if they fix anything or not.
