During my stay at the Holiday Inn on Bryan Street, I had the pleasure of experiencing top-tier valet service thanks to Reggie and P. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to help.||Reggie and P. handled my vehicle with care and ensured a seamless drop-off and pick-up every time. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail made a great first impression, setting the tone for my stay. They went the extra mile, offering helpful local tips and making sure guests felt welcomed and valued.||It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and their dedication to excellent customer service truly stands out. If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn Bryan Street, you can count on Reggie and P. for a smooth and pleasant valet experience.||Highly recommend their service – five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were very excited to come to Savannah to enjoy a weekend as a family and enjoy the city! The excitement almost completely vanished right when we pulled up. To start, there is only about 10 street parking spots that are free, you have to pay $45 a day to Valet (when you can actually find the attendant), or pay $38 for the public parking on the backside of the building (just try to avoid all of the vagrants peddling for money or popping your tires on the broken glass). We were told by the staff at the front desk to park on the street and if you get a ticket it’s cheaper than valet parking. As we entered the lobby, it appeared to be clean. Once we got to the room, the smell of weed smacked you in the face and the crumbs left on the bed from something that was previously there was unfortunate. We had thought about asking for another room but knew the hotel was full. The housekeeping staff was pleasant when speaking with them but the front staff left us expecting more as they were the first to greet guest. During the day, the city was pretty good but at night it got very sketchy around the hotel. My young daughter said she felt very scared walking from the car to the only entrance off of a very dark street. I tried to reassure her that she was fine with me around but even I was uncomfortable. There were even homeless sleeping on the benches just outside the glass doors going into the lobby. We were going to use the side entrance at the 520 Bistro but the card reader was missing and only a wire was hanging out of the wall. I would have liked to see some type of security on site to make paying guest feel more at ease while on property. We felt very on edge to leave the property after coming in after dark. The whole weekend just left us wanting to leave early but we couldn’t because we had already paid for the weekend.

Based on the price this hotel was perfect for our two night getaway. The entire historical district was with in walking distance. The hotel was clean and was a good base of operation. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly. Paying for parking stinks but not much different from major northeast cities where we come from.

Great location, staff and facility, but be aware that on Friday and Saturday nights the venue next door host ghetto weddings that offer the high base music (only 1 song or it seemed) played at a level that will rattle your room and will be played form 8-11pm, another great opportunity is to judge ghetto blasting from every car leaving the venue from 11pm to 2am+ and if you are into MMA (male vs. female fighting) many chances to watch from 11pm to 2am+. You have been warned and/or offered a great opportunity for you, the family and friends.

Very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Very walkable. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The small bar was nice and the bartender was very personable. Awesome experience with parking (as there is no hotel parking lot). Reggie took wonderful care of us!

I like to write reviews since I am obsessed with checking them prior to going on trips... So here we go! I felt very neutrally about this hotel most of the time, but we got a Priceline deal so that helped. If I had paid full price, I don't think I'd be as happy.... The hotel did not seem super clean or up to date. Much of it was old and tired looking. Our bathroom/shower seemed dirty on arrival. When we checked in they took our number because our room wasn't ready, and then they proceeded to call my husband at home in Pennsylvania on a number that I did not give them (I guess it was on our IHG account?). This led to some panic for my husband who got worried I was okay, since why would they be calling him otherwise? At times areas around the hotel smelled like weed (not the entire time). There was not a functioning ice machine that I could locate. Our TV was old and difficult to work. The pros were that it was SUPER convenient to everything in the historic district. We walked everywhere! There did appear to be a homeless encampment next door though, though it presented no issues to us. The staff was very kind. We had breakfast included with our particular package which was nice (nothing fancy). The beds were comfy. Our room smelled fine (unlike other complaints on here). Would I stay again? Maybe, if I got another really good deal... There is certainly room for improvement!

This was the very first place my BF and I had stayed when visiting Savannah. I am usually not the Holiday Inn type of girl, but this place was perfect. The rooms were clean and a very upscale hotel. It is in the heart of the entire Riverside District, so it was very easy access around town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Reggie did a wonderful job valeting our vehicle. The front desk were very nice and helpful. Typical downtown hotel in Savannah. Overpriced and old. No USB ports. Older look in the rooms. Needs an update throughout the hotel. Convenient bar/restaurant in hotel.
