I absolutely love this Hilton property, I had a small problem with the room and Yvonne made sure it was taken care of quick and easy. The rooms are beautiful and the location is spot on next to the airport but there isn't a lot of noise. Hilton has been going above and beyond with their service and I can't wait until I stay here again

We’ve stayed here a few times and always find the staff so helpful and friendly. Denita at the front desk has been especially personable and passionate about the care she provides to her guests. |Very nice pool, great breakfast and very clean room.

Great location. Many restaurants nearby and a quick drive to the village. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and appreciated. They had a nice fire on patio after dinner. Very clean. Easy to park.

The staff were absolutely incredible during the power outage caused by Hurricane Helene. They were compassionate, caring and exceptionally courteous. This is far more than a 3 star hotel. This is our second stay and we would highly recommend it!

Would like to give credit to the great service provided by Shawna at the front desk. She was very professional and helpful. Great representative for Hilton. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always treated the best. I recommend this hotel to my friends all the time.

Another hotel had given away our hotel room and this was the next closest we could find with availability because everything was full because of the storm. Drove 45 minutes out of the way to get there and arrive to darkness. They had no power! BUT the staff was SO FRIENDLY and apologized profusely. They had called the corporate and tried to shutdown the online sales but they were still coming in. They were calling and canceling as fast as they could, taking care of their current customers, sent us on our way with cold waters. So accommodating and nice about it! Even though we didn't stay there, we'd highly recommend!

We've been here twice already and will continue going back as the overall experience has always been great! Also, don't let being next to the airport deter from staying as you really don't hear much noise. Rooms are upkept. Having the option to make s'more is an awesome touch! Having the ability to wash any clothes on site is a godsend, too. THE BEST overall thing that made our stay even better was the breakfast, which is taken care of by a very pleasant, helpful, and hardworking employee named Tracie. She always made sure everything was neat, clean, and fully stocked. Management should recognize what she does and overall means to the hotel guests starting their day/vacation right. We wished we could have filled out the survey, but it was too late as you have to fill it out within 7 days after checkout. This should be extended to at least 30 days. Getting back home, back to work, etc, unfortunately time can get away from a person.

My wife and I came down with our 5 lb elderly blind dog and we asked to be placed in a room towards the end of the hotel only to be told there were no more rooms available on the first floor when there was only 6 cars in the parking lot. They placed us in the room closest to the front desk so we heard everyone walking by to their rooms or throughout the hotel. The next night we went to eat dinner and within 5-10 mins after leaving, Yvonne from the front called and said our dog was causing a problem in the hotel and that she had to move several people around because of our dog barking. We came back to the hotel to get our dog and I confronted Yvonne about it and she said that we’ve had multiple complaints. I asked her you had to move several people around and received all these complaints in less than 10 mins even when we had asked to be moved away from the noisy area? She basically didn’t have much to say or try to help assist. We stayed 1 night the week prior and we had zero issues with our dog being with us but she did make the comment to us “Don’t be a nuisance” and we stayed at the very end of the hotel. Our dog did very well without all of the extra noise. THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL.
