NillLast minute trip to Montana and needed a spot part way for the night. It was easy to find in town, the check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and quiet. The soaps in the bathroom were amazing! All day the next day people would tell me I smelled great. The bathroom was very functional. The breakfast was yummy.

NillHonestly I was skeptical at first due to price and on initial impressions I was not impressed, the room was on the smaller size for sure and lacked the usual dresser (which i never use anyway) but the front desk staff was very friendly and informative. And the quality was great, my room thermostat actually worked and heated up my room promptly. The bathroom was very clean and the water temp and pressure were better than my own home ha ha. Sadly the gym and hot tub were only open till 10pm and the breakfast was on the limited side but for me personally those are heavily outweighed by the positives

NillTru by Hilton allowed my parents in at 1 AM , after a flight cancelled on them and left them stranded. I am so grateful for how they treated my elderly parents, and how they were able to accommodate them! They also did not take advantage of them which is so difficult to find honest in this day and age! They had an amazing stay, thank you for the great service your staff provided.

NillThe bathroom had hairs on the bathroom wall in the shower and black curly hairs intertwined IN the bath towel that I was putting to my face and I had to yell for my boyfriend to get me another. The toilet was running continuously and my boyfriend had to fix it. It was extremely noisy. The pool and hot tub were full of young high school students playing games and splashing water everywhere while their parents watched and had no respect for other guests, like me, disabled, trying to avoid getting hit or splashed by the quick moving Marco Polo game. Our room had run out of soap and shampoo etc. They text me and ask how my stay was going and when I told them about the toilet and hair in towels and hair in the shower, they didn’t bother to respond. I won’t be returning. I feel like I wasted my money because they didn’t care about me as a paying customer!!!!! NO SELF SERVICE LAUNDRY FACILITIES AS ADVERTISED in their amenities!!!!

NillThe hotel was just meh. The king room was tiny. Every time we walked around the bed we would bang our knees on the wood frame that stuck out. There was only one chair and it wasn’t very comfy and there was very little storage space. Also the garbages didn’t have liners which was weird. The food was good, the coffee/hot chocolate was excellent. The pool table was fun. The view was nonexistent even though you think you would be able to see something that close to the river. However having easy access to the river walk was amazing. Over all it was just mediocre.

NillFriendly staff and clean, new facilities. I had a 6am flight and chose this hotel due to the free shuttle. I made a reservation for the shuttle at the front desk for 445am. By 5am, no shuttle arrived and there was no one at the front desk to help. I even called the desk from the lobby entrance with no answer. I finally got an Uber and barely made my flight. Hotel did nothing in the end except say "sorry". If you are staying here, budget for a ride to the airport. Don't rely on the shuttle. It's free, but it'll cost you stress.

★★I would not recommend this hotel. No coffee pot in individual rooms, no microwave in rooms, no closet in rooms and the lighting is terrible for makeup. Staff was nice and friendly but wore black sweatpants and black hoodies. Not the place for a business conference.

★★★★★Stopped here on our way to Seattle on a MINI Cooper Rally. This was a really nice hotel. It is well kept, clean and had a friendly staff. Our room was clean, well appointed and laid out nicely. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The Hotel was easy to find and the parking lot was well lit and had plenty of room. Idaho Falls is a neat little town and this hotel offered a quiet and relaxing nights sleep.
