Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Midway Airport

Clean rooms and common areas, pretty spacious gym (2/3 of the treadmills were out of order though), and located very close to the Midway Airport. Shuttle services to the airport was easy to navigate and all staff members were so friendly. Breakfast was not included, but looked very good and probably worth the charge.

The best front desk service i have ever had. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the best service. I felt like I was checking into a high end hotel. The two young ladies were so friendly. Had great conversations and even joked around. They handled our booking so professionally. There were 5 us families staying in the hotel. One person called and booked them under his name and then the staff asked for the names of the families so when we checked in all we had to do is say I am so n so under this reservation. If I ever go back that area I WILL be staying here. Rooms were nice and clean.

It's close by a lot of things. Hotel is very outdated but the staff is nice. Breakfast is $15 from 6-10. Do what you want with this info. Ok for need a clean place to sleep but I wouldn't return even to sleep. Bathroom was clean but smelled very sour. Which indicates germs in other places, possibly mold. Fridge and microwave in room.

Very poor customer service and elevator not operable at this Hilton Garden Inn. After numerous follow ups and promises from the staff to follow up that didn't happen, I decided to cancel two future reservations and change reservations over to the Double Tree across the parking lot. The Double Tree is much nicer with better customer service and at the same price point. Don't waste your money at this Hilton Garden Inn! Hope this helps for those looking for Hilton properties near the Chicago Midway airport.

The only good feature about this hotel is the location. Room very outdated. Had to squirm all over the bath tub to catch water from shower, it was all clogged except with a few hole pouring water out and of course in all directions except down. The bed stiff and hard as a rock, with pillows that as soon as you lay your head there pancake flat. We booked a couple nights after first night we had to buy pillows to get a some what decent rest. Terrible experience. And to make it even worse we forgot the darn pillows. We were ready to leave that place.

The rooms are always clean and the staff always goes above and beyond with service. Diana does amazing serving breakfast and the food is always great.

Positive: "" Negative: Breakfast buffet was closed, but they had an la carte menu and the food was good and then food manager there was excellent. She was a great help.

Very Cold in the Room can't turn on heat call down to the Hotel Desk no maintenance Man came to check the Thermometer indoor and heating system the send a Hispanic woman that was a housekeeper. She didn't know how to fix I highly don't recommend this Hotel to Families and friends. It's not worth the Stay.
