Courtyard Chicago Midway Airport

Where do I start? This hotel was AMAZING! From the entrance to the rooms, and everything in between. Nicole, our guest services representative, was super amiable & accommodating. She greeted my guest & me with such warmth. Check-in time was at 3:00PM, however, she allowed me to check-in at 12:00PM. We'd arrived a tad bit early to the hotel, maybe 11:00 AM, so she recommended us to either have lunch at the hotel's TGI Fridays, or wait in the lounge until noon. We chose to have lunch. The food was exceptional. We stayed for one night, as I was in town for Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour. It was about 30 minutes from the stadium, which wasn't too bad, especially considering the traffic. Although the hotel was near the airport, the room was so comfortable that I barely heard aircrafts overhead. The property was immaculate! I felt welcomed, and it was indeed a home away from home. If ever and whenever I am in Chicago again, I would choose this particular hotel. They went above & beyond to help in any way that they could've. Kudos to the entire team.

I had a lot of hiccups due to delayed baggage at Airport, noisy ice machine and short time water cutdown at the Hotel BUT the hotel staff is AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make sure small things get resolved. The GM was very kind to offer a ride as the airport shuttle was delayed by 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them for great service. The rooms were exceptionally good. Shuttle to airport is about 7-10 minutes ride. The community is safe and lots of things at walking distance.

Currently the Hotel is being renovated and under construction. Maybe in the past I'm not sure but my room was comfortable. Also had a second bed under the seat. One elevator is being used for freight which is understandable. Once everything is finished I'm very sure those that are pickie like myself will be more than happy 😊

When I checked in with my boyfriend the front desk associate assumed he was my brother. How embarrassing. Not only that it took like 25 minutes to get checked in. They only have one person running a snack show and the hotel. The staff was super unsupportive when I asked for common items like a wine bottle opener. Never will I ever stay at this hotel again. So wild.

The room was nice, beds are super comfortable, and Friday's restaurant is attached making it easy to order food. Only problem i had was the shuttle to Midway. The receptionist said every 20 minutes. On 2/17 no shuttle at 220, 240, or 3pm. So I took the 54B CTA bus to the airport.

The only issue was the jets overhead all night. Made sleeping tough. The room was newly remodeled and fresh. Very nice. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately I could only take one night in the jet wash.

Great rooms, front desk lady was great. Parking is ok, but gets packed. Highly reccomend staying here

We were stuck in Chicago overnight due to a snow storm at home that cancelled our flight. After reviewing several options near the airport, we chose this hotel based on photos and room descriptions. ||As we walked in the room, we all turned up our nose at the odor and nearly retched at the stains on the pull out sofa. We laid layers of towels over the stains, slept in our clothes, and left for the airport hours earlier than necessary just to get out of that room.
