Hampton Inn Champaign Southwest

Excellent hotel. Stayed one night on a cross country trip. We travel with 2x 80 pound dogs, this hotel was pet friendly and the extra fee was reasonably priced. The entire hotel was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and it was very reasonably priced (there wasn’t any events happening in the area though). The staff was extremely efficient, polite, friendly, professional and very on top of everything. When we went down for snacks that night the desk workers were there at the desk ready to help. When the creamer needed refilled the gentleman working the breakfast buffet had it refilled right away. Also, while I personally didn’t eat, hubby said that the breakfast buffet was quite good and he’s generally pretty critical so when he says it’s good I believe him. Water pressure was good, hot water was hot and it got to our room very quickly (we were in the middle of the hall though not on an end so can’t speak for rooms that are further from the center). We didn’t use the pool, but the pool room was open and clean. Also I did not smell the overpowering odor of chlorine so that is another plus. Parking was free and easy to navigate. Overall our stay was fantastic, if I ever travel through this area again I would most definitely stay here again.

Outstanding customer service from Emily at the front desk. She has been so helpful to me and my family. In town for a game and made reservations here she answered all of our question’s she is very friendly Emily has made our stay very comfortably looking for a getaway make reservations here and ask to speak with her.

The rooms are a bit tight, but clean and safe. Bathroom has hanging door and no fan, so not a lot of privacy from other room occupants. Front desk staff is helpful. Pool was clean and stocks towels. Delivery options are plentiful through DoorDash, and there are a couple of walkable restaurants.

Very helpful front desk. They helped me out when I was over charged by booking.com. Very clean rooms. The breakfast was very good and plenty of food to chose from. The cook was on site making sure everyone was OK and properly handling food. I would definitely stay there again. Last thing when searching online make sure to scroll past the websites that say " sponsored" they are not Hampton Inn and will charge you triple the rate.

You have to pay attention to get here. Motel is set back in a busy area. I have stayed here before. Nice rooms, quite, friendly staff. Good Mexican restaurant across the street. Slept very well here.

We love this hotel & stay for a night at least once a year on our way to/from visiting family in Florida. Quiet but convenient location, great breakfast, comfy beds, & friendly staff!

Clean and fresh. Obviously newly constructed. The surrounding area is growing and has a few restaurants to choose from. Emily at the front desk is very kind. She helped me when my key didn't work and further made sure I was comfortable.

Positive: So clean and safe for the kids. Nice easy shower/bath in our accessible room. Staff was super friendly and helpful the whole stay. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee available in the lobby! Negative: No.
