Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place

Very neat room, modern and clean facilities. I had no concerns at all with my stay at the Home2Suites part of this triple hotel combo. Room was well appointed for a long term stay room even though I did not stay for a long term. Conveniently located next to the green line train and several bus stops for easy transit in the city.||I wanted to commend Ramon and Ta'Quana for going above and beyond in helping adjust my reservation because I had to leave before my reservation concluded due to an emergency. They were able to help me to my satisfaction and provided me a partial refund even though they had no obligation to do so. ||I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and my interactions with the staff and manager, and would definitely stay here again when I return to Chicago.

Staff were very friendly. LeShawn was an amazing housekeeper and super friendly. Seems like hotel was shortstaffed and had a few issues like the ice machine on our level not working for 4 days and no microwave in the rooms except a small communal one on 3rd floor. ||Seems to me like the hotel was a bit frugal and didn’t provide extra pillows or other items when needed. Pillows were very small and flattened quickly. ||A special shoutout to Shirley- the breakfast host made our breakfast mornings so much better and wonderful. She was very patient with the large groups and families that had come for the annual convention.

We received the best customer service from Ramon T! He was able to answer all of our questions and accommodations. Hotel room was clean, and we had a great view! The gym is extra nice. The pool was clean. Overall an enjoyable experience, and a great place to celebrate a birthday!

The room was lovely and clean. Cassandra was a great host during breakfast. Made sure I was well fed and welcomed. Love to come back here. Cassandra is the best there. She deserves a promotion. Phenomenal!!! She made sure I was back for rounds of breakfast lol. Great to meet her!!!!

l decided i needed a brief holiday from my normal life stresses.... Everything (with the exception of the parking experience) from arrival to departure was outstanding. I hope your visit begins with being checked in by Ramon T, Luis or Anastacia they are knowledgeable and just plain awesome people. ||That said, management should provide a list of various dining choices (especially since no room service or resturant in lobby), warn guests about street parking (towing after 11pm) and pet treats. ||JG

This property and staff are excellent all around! The rooms are clean, spacious, and have great views! Great fitness center, heated pool, complimentary laundry, and good breakfast. Staff are all so accommodating, I enjoyed my stay!

Cassandra in the breakfast room was very kind and cheerful. She came and cleared our plates and made sure our table was clean. There were some other ladies working with her as well that always were walking around and making sure things were stocked and counters wiped down.

We had housekeeping issues a couple of times. But the manager, Fenny, ensured that our room was taken care of and even left us a gift. The hotel is attached to the McCormick Centre and you don't have to walk outside during cold months. Rooms are a good size too. It's also walking distance to Chinatown.
