Hyatt House Chicago / West Loop-Fulton Market

Very quiet hotel in an excellent location. Beautiful breakfast/bar space on the lobby level. At first look as you walk in, it has a industrial feel but 3rd floor lobby is beautiful open concept with great lighting. Rooms were recently renovated at least on 4th floor and had refrigerator and coffee maker and nice real glasses and a corkscrew for our enjoyment. My daughter and future son in law lived in the neighborhood making this very convenient.

Great hotel stay while traveling with kids. Room was spacious, pool was enjoyed, and breakfast is included. My children, ages 9-15, loved the room—2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, 2 televisions, and a beautiful view. We had a west facing view and watched the sun set. There is easy access to pool. Pool is small and only 3ft deep, but great for splashing around.

This is hands down one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Chicago. The location is busy, but not crowded with many things to do in the area. And if the area is not your jam, it's located very close to the expressway and there are multiple ways to get to other parts of the city using public transportation. But my favorite part of this hotel is the staff. They are always so kind and professional. Everyone is great at their jobs, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. The other day I was having issues with an online booking, and the manager Roberto was super kind and went out of his way to educate me about the various issues that can occur when booking online through a 3rd party, versus directly through the hotel. He also helped me manage my booking, when the 3rd party service was being unclear (and they wouldn't even connect me to a human)! I wish this hotel was more of a hidden gem, because it's getting more popular and the prices keep going up, but the quality is definitely on point.

Better than expected even after a few bumps getting checked in. Alex at the front desk was a rock star and took great care of us!||We had requested early check in since our flight came in very early. Unfortunately it was unavailable for both rooms we had reserved. No biggie, we left our bags and went to a spa and breakfast. We finally got into one room shortly after the normal checkout time. The other room was not available until much later but Alex made sure we got a nice discount, some drink tickets, and extra towels since we all had to use the one room to get ready for dinner. Other than that minor issue we had a great time and the entire staff was super nice and accommodating.

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was above average and had a good selection. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, with many shops and restaurants in east walking distance. The little kitchenette in the room was extremely helpful to have. But the reason I will return to the West Loop/Fulton Market Hyatt is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, responsive, and professional. In particular, the front desk manager, Kiana, was simply lovely. When she learned of the reason for my visit, she quietly upgraded my room. Her kindness made a stressful time much more manageable. I look forward to seeing her and the rest of the staff again when I return in a few weeks. Thank you, Kiana!

Rooms were nice and clean-Did find a ear plug on the floor though--|Check in was extremely busy. Waited about 40 minutes to find out our room was not ready-3:00 CHECK IN DID NOT HAPPEN. Waited another hour and still no room-So we went back up to the desk and we were finally able to get in a room about 90 minutes late. |Breakfast was also super busy. It was open until 10:00-and when we arrived they were almost out of everything at 9:00-eggs, bacon, potatoes and fruit. Waited for another 30 minutes and finally got some food-but never brought out any more fruit. The employees were working hard and doing their best, but I guess they must of been understaffed. Overall, the room was fine-And housekeeping was great. Also, parking at the facility was full--You decide--

Entrance, lobby and bar are all clean and well maintained. Room was fairly clean and temp was easy to change. Bar was nice, quick friendly service. Drinks were pretty expensive. Breakfast had a decent selection, eggs and potatoes were room temp. Overall satisfied, stay and location.
