★★The staff at the hotel was very kind and professional. We were happily greeted and the check-in process was very easy. The negatives are in regards to the room & cleanliness of the room/bathroom. The bed itself was clean but needs to be replaced. You fall into the indention in the middle of the mattress. Woke up with back pain each morning. The headboard also had a giant grease stain & a few places where it was peeled off which was gross. The bathroom sink backed up. You couldn't have the water on for more than 3 seconds without the sink backing up with water. The hallways had bit of a funky smell. The neighbors were smoking pot outside quite a bit (non-smoking balcony- per the stickers at least) so our room would stink like weed every so often which was unpleasant. While the price was competitive, I most certainly would have spent more money for a nicer room/bathroom at another hotel.

★★★★★Thank you so much for all the attention you gave me during my stay at the Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop, especially thank you to the reception team. Cecilia and Deborah made me feel at home. I want to give special recognition to Cecilia. She was one of the best people I've ever met. She was kind, empathetic, and always concerned about making my stay at the hotel the best it would be. It was my first time in Chicago, and I enjoyed the hotel. The room was always clean, and the cleaning staff were friendly.

NillThis was a business trip & I felt taken care of, especially by the restaurant staff. It was freezing out, so I didn't want to leave the hotel at night - their bar & food menu was solid & very friendly staff. I prefer hotel rooms with traditional bathroom doors - the sliding doors trend needs to change - otherwise super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

★★★★Nice hotel; good price for location. Paid self-park ramp with in-out privileges. On-site restaurant was pricey and they don't have room service. You can order to-go. This is my second stay this year, and pillows were too firm both times. They could do with a selection of pillows firmness. You need your room key for the elevator and also after 10 pm for the front door. Nice staff. No free breakfast, but they had coffee. Convenient for my needs.

★★★The bed makes noise, the bathroom lock is not working, bathroom door usually stuck Room 1408 I booked 2 rooms high floor one was ready at 3 pm and the other one wasn’t ready yet. We waited for more than 15 min then the staff offered us a lower floor (4th floor) while i already paid extra for the high floor but i agreed because i was loosing time. Also i informed the staff that i need front view they said that nothing is available however we have a-lot of check outs the next day, but no one contacted me either.

★★★★★Great location. 1 block from Greektown. 1 mile from Art Institute of Chicago/Michigan Ave. Room clean, big, bright, had everything I needed/wanted except maybe a microwave. Love the added touch of hot milk/hot chocolate bar in lobby in addition to coffee. Also really liked self park with in/out parking right on the property. Very conveient.

★★★★Hotel is conveniently located to Greek Town. Two major grocery stores within one block. Reasonably priced for a Chicago hotel with modest amenities - no perks and no luxuries. Hotel restaurant, Rye, has made a comeback which is great. Staff are pleasant, courteous and respectful. Rooms and hallways could use a “makeover” - carpeting has seen better days. Access to electrical outlets and/or charging stations in our guest room was almost non-existent. Hotel is quiet but night-time vehicle traffic outside can make sleep difficult. Lots of available options for parking. Overall this hotel is average at a reasonable expense for Chicago.

★★★★★I frequent this hotel as I am in Chicago often. The location is perfect, right off the express way and walking distance from attractions in the loop. The staff of the hotel is very knowledgeable and friendly when requesting information. The breakfast from Rye downstairs is also amazing.
