Nill5 stars across the board. No hesitation. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was very professional, and the location was perfect. Our group really enjoyed the spacious lounging area. We felt very safe. Breakfast was modest, but perfectly acceptable. The elevators were fast which seems like a silly detail, but makes a difference in a large hotel. Within easy walking distance from the train station, food, and shopping. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

NillWonderful stay! We opted for a room with a skyline view and I believe it was well worth it. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was quite delicious with a good selection of food. We walked everywhere while in town and found this hotel to be centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The French market is steps away from the front door and has good food from many different vendors. Would absolutely stay here again!

★★★★★My family and I just spent a couple of nights at this Hampton Inn West Loop while in town for med school tours. Although it wasn't in the extremely touristy areas, we found it's location to be perfect. It was close enough to everything yet quiet enough to get plenty of rest. Most importantly the rooms were spacious and clean. We also loved the spacious bathroom with ample counter space and a shower that had plenty of hot water and amazing water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when my daughter does her official tours in April. I can't comment on breakfast as we missed them all as my whole family was very exhausted after all the running around we had done and were still doing since leaving home. A couple of things I would address at this Hampton is 1) the customer service and mannerisms of the lady that checked us in. She always seemed like she was having a bad day and 2) please try to keep the hot water and coffee in the dispensers hot even in the evenings. Other than that, this hotel was perfect. One final thing to note to anyone visiting Chicago is that parking anywhere in city is EXPENSIVE. If you bring a car, prepare to pay $70 - $90 a day for overnight parking depending on your location. Even at this Hampton which seemed to be away from the Magnificent Mile, we paid an arm and a leg but again, it's Chicago so I'm giving everyone warning so they don't get sticker shock like we had.

NillI had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Chicago West Loop Fulton Market. It was a short business trip so I was unable to check out the amenities. Pros: - Unbeatable Location: The hotel is in a prime spot, surrounded by fun places and offering incredible views. Perfect for exploring the West Loop area. - Complimentary Breakfast: Not a massive spread, but the breakfast had everything you’ll need to start the day. - Convenient Parking: The private parking ramp was well-lit and easy to navigate, which made arriving and departing stress-free in an area that parking is the bane of most existence. It was $65/night. - Surprisingly Quiet: Despite being in a bustling neighborhood, the hotel was peaceful. - Clean, Updated Rooms: The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and modern, adding to the overall comfort. - Reasonable Rates: Great value for the quality and location. - In Room Keurig!!!: With decent k-cup options, too: This was a nice surprise. Con (and its kind of a big one): Firm Bed: The mattress was STIFF and the pillows were too soft, which made for a rougher nights sleep than would be ideal for everyone. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it (with slight hesitancy because the beds) to anyone visiting Chicago!

★★Room was very clean and well appointed. DO NOT stay here if you need parking! This hotel charges $58/night to self park in attached garage which has only 110 parking spots for a 20+ floor hotel and is open for public parking. Despite payment you are NOT guaranteed parking! No space available upon return from dinner. Can only recommend if you do not need parking.

★★★★★Had an amazing experience here. The morning staff was amazing. I wish I could remember their names. We got into town early and they held our bags while we went to lunch. Checked us in early. We came in for a bday weekend and made more plans than we could accomplish so we loved being able to utilize what was in property. Late night Josh helped me with toiletries I forgot to pack (clutch). Housekeeping knocked on our door later in the early evening to make sure we were stocked on towels which was super awesome of them. We didn't have time to use the pool but we will be staying here again. Thank you folks ✌🏾❤️

★★★★★It’s a Hampton Inn, so no “wow” factor but it feels very new, rooms are big enough with comfortable beds and no noticeable room noise - and it’s in a noisy area. Also felt very very clean and the location is great for Fulton Market area/West Loop. Free breakfast is fine to get you started and the breakfast area is large and clean and bright - lots of windows and places to sit. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful - Diamond was very kind when we were going through a bit of a stressful situation and Zari (? Sorry I didn’t have glasses on) was also very sweet but everyone was actually very pleasant. Had the occasion to stay there a couple times and will stay again. (It shares the same location and amenities with the Homewood Suites l, so I imagine the same comments would apply to that side of the house.)

NillA pretty great view from the room. The breakfast was a decent selection. Rooms were very clean. The service was friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the comfort of my bed. I was a little bit uncomfortable.
