Absolutely blown away by this hotel! I’ve stayed in luxury hotels that cost over $1,000 a night, and yet this was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had—even though it was just for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and far exceeded expectations for the price. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-managed. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and quiet comfort made it feel like a true hidden gem. Props to the owner or whoever is running this property—it’s clear they care about quality and hospitality. If you’re looking for a great place to stay at a fantastic value, this is it. All the positive reviews are 100% accurate—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Friendly customer service the hotel is really nice. Great location. Staff is great. The gaming room is awesome. A lot of options to choose from for the pantry speedy housekeeping great location. I would definitely stay here again and I do recommend very friendly manager.

I had a memorable experience visiting this place. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the unique atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff (or locals) were incredibly friendly. One of the highlights for me was,It gave me a deeper appreciation of the culture and environment there. Overall, my time at this place was both relaxing and enriching, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing change of scene.

I needed a quick night as we were only in town to see the Cowboy Cater tour. This hotel was inexpensive for the night but I know exactly why. The carpet in the lobby and throughout the hallway is dirty. The room was okay but not the cleanest. The bathroom shower door came off the track mid-shower. The sink drain was stuck. I had to call the front desk twice and the guy didn’t seem eager to help. The woman who checked us in was on the phone loud in the lobby when we were about to head out. You can hear everything going on outside of your room. |We won’t stay here again. If you don’t care about any of those things and just need a place to lay your head it’s okay and in a great location.

I had a great experience at Sleep Inn Oakbrook Terrace. It's an excellent value for the price, offering hassle-free early check-in, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Excellent customer service. I had a room on the 3rd floor & I ended up hearing alot of noises from individuals returning from a wedding. They were talking very loud in the hallways & I was unable to fall asleep. I communicated with the front desk, and the worker helped me get a different room that would fit my needs & allow me to have a good sleep. She was very sweet and accommodating. Also, the room was very clean and well kept. Only thing was the air conditioning was a bit louder than what I’m used to. I highly recommend this location and would come here again in the future! Thank you!

We’ve stayed at a Sleep in MO and it was great so we decided to take a trip to Chicago and stay at Sleep. Avoid the elevator! It stop working for a few minutes with me and another couple in it. The toilet seat kept moving, the location to turn on the water is right under the shower head so yes you’ll get soaked. Not just my blanket but the other beds blanket was both ripped, asked for more towels because I had 3 for 3 days. The hair dryer was falling apart! It was cracked and pinched my fingers so I went and asked for a new one. Breakfast wasn’t too bad so I enjoyed that. I’ve stayed at worst hotels so this wasn’t too bad but it definitely could be better.

I will NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!! I've stayed at hotels all around the area and this place is the best I've stayed at. The woman who is just an AMAZING WORKER AND DESERVES A RAISE her name is Debra and she's is SPECTACULAR AT HER JOB! Anything you need she's on it...not to mention she a very hard worker...she stays on even if her shift is over to make sure what she starts she finishes. She's got a very professional manner about her and conducts business the way it should be, with a touch of personal care. Wonderful wonderful human being! Dennis even tho he has just started he's got that same caliber of work ethic like Debra, he is also a hard worker and amazing at his job! Rooms are awesome and comfortable..The free breakfast is ACTUALLY BREAKFAST not just muffins or toast or cereal...if you need a place to feel like home, this is that place!
