Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago

Hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very nice and attentive. The bellman crew were super helpful. The front desk staff were cold. I was a bit annoyed at how "get to business" they were. I asked if it was possible borrow a charger for my phone and the tone of the conversation changed completely. Both front desk staff I interacted with left something to be desired.

We were staying here for an event and arrived very late at night. The staff were friendly when we arrived and helped us find our room in the massive hotel. Hotel itself was clean and had tasteful design and decor. Room was clean but had some flaws. The automatic lights would turn on for very long when they detected motion, and it is very bright especially during the night. The hotel had plenty of facilities including gym and pool. Conference center had nice facilities. There were also plenty of food options that were reasonably priced.

This was my first time experiencing the park/stay/fly option, and it was awesome. Overall, totally flawless. My room was updated, clean & comfortable. Parking was in a covered parking structure. Shuttle to O'Hare was on time & easy to track on my return. I will highly recommend this Hyatt and its services to all my friends and family who need to fly from O'Hare!!

Our stay was wonderful. Room was comfortable and we could adjust the temperature easily , everything was working, loved the individual coffee maker, frig., microwave, decor. Blackout blinds were a great touch. Not sure about the TV don’t really use it, but they promptly brought extra towel when we needed one, and everything was clean and quiet.||Kristen needs her own mention, she was calling around trying to find something for my husband, very helpful and nice.||The airport shuttle needs its own mention, a lot of hotels are cutting them out, or have unreliable times. This was not the case here, although I hear it was a long walk if you didn’t happen to be in terminal 2, for arrivals, or terminal 5. but my husband was dropped off right where he needed to be when he was departing. They were I believe every 15 minutes, which is what you need. Please please keep this service.||We got the convention rate, so not sure but prices didn’t look ALL that bad…||Elevators were fun, guess some kids were there for a prom and had some issues with their alcohol in one of them, but didn’t bother us in the least. The place is huge and although we had a wonderful stay, here’s the story of the one thing that could have been a bit better:||There is a parking RAMP, you do not want that, you want the Parking GARAGE. I did not know which was which and both had a bridge from the Hyatt. Finding my car with all my stuff was a bit of a baton death march. Even though I took a picture of the parking spot, I COUID not find it. Turns out the 200s are on the 3rd floor. 100sxare on the 2nd floor, etc…

Excellent hotel. Comfy rooms. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommended. The parking can get over crowded, even if you have a parking ticket to stay on the lot, but overall, I enjoyed my stay. A+ Thank you. I would love to come back next year. 😉😍

Initially booked in the premier tower of which we were looking forward too, but then changed our booking to be closer to our team and the rooms they had booked. Candace's exceptional customer service made our transition seamless. We appreciated the great amenities and the convenience of being closer to our dance team and still having a fantastic room with amenities. This positive experience has certainly earned this hotel a spot on our list for future stays if we are ever back in the area. Super clean, housekeeping was timely, room service was spot on and the tower I was in was quiet and comfortable!

Flight was canceled so I was stranded in Chicago for a day. Found this hotel with a shuttle to/from the airport. Check in was easy, the room said it was a fitness room, but didn't give details. Turns out there was a spin bike and yoga matt inside. The room itself was very large, but the bathroom was tiny and oddly laid out. Stall shower. Also the alarm was set by someone to go off at 6am. Since the walls are thin, I could hear this happened to my neighbor as well. Part of turning over a room should be to ensure that doesn't happen. That unpleasantness aside, the rest of the stay was fine. Shuttle was easy, no complaints.

Loved this hotel! The staff, and room service are amazing. The architecture was stunning. We had a king with a roll in cot and it was still pretty roomy. The parking is easy! Loved that the garage was attached and hooked straight to the lobby. A lot of food places around.
