La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

This hotel is amazing! Clean rooms and amazing service. George took amazing care of me and made me feel very comfortable after my long flight that was delayed and other personal issues that happened. George is a godsend thank you so much for everything 🙏❤️ he made me feel very safe. Rest was great, shower was super nice and free shuttle service comes in the morning for my flight! The shower and bathroom comes with full size dove bottles of soap and lotion. The breakfast was good too and the TV has around 100 channels. Very great stay and lovely rest before my last flight today :)

I work near this hotel and decided to do a staycation for a few days and for what I needed it for it was great. The room was clean with no smell. I LOVE the dove soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was basic but it was great. I couldn’t figure out how to call the front desk from the room phone lol but other than that I will be staying again

We were greeted and given our room and a chance to book the airport shuttle and in no time were in the lift headed for our second floor room|All bright and clean with a good view of the Allstate Arena- just across the carpark. Harlem Globetrotters were playing|Eco friendly soaps, nice white towels, good lighting options and plenty of places to charge up our devices|Comfy bed and very quiet room|Great location for airport transfers

This IS a good hotel. Check-in was fast and easy, and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The shuttle on the way to the airport was great. My only issue is that I picked this hotel under the impression that it had an airport shuttle. It does, however, it wasn't until after I booked it that I learned the shuttle ends at 10:00 pm. Our flight didn't arrive until after that, so we had to book a taxi to get to the hotel. Other than that, it was a great experience.

STAY AWAY! They charge $20/night to park outside in the front of the hotel in an unsecured parking lot. Why?! They charge $50 to check in early. Why?? Worst of all, my room was 80° and I couldn’t sleep so I called the front desk and they said because it’s cold outside, I wasn’t able to use the AC. No fan to circulate air either, they turned off my room’s thermostat. Unbelievable. Breakfast was disgusting. Will never stay here again

Room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was wonderful! George in particular was very welcoming upon checking in. It was much appreciated. Would definitely consider this property again. Price was good. Shuttle service to the airport also great.

I had a horrible experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites Rosemont on Mannheim Road. On March 14th at 1:42 AM, I reported a serious disturbance—people yelling, screaming, and using drugs. I informed the front desk that it seemed to be coming from either the 3rd or 5th floor. After 30-40 minutes of ongoing noise, I went down to complain again, but the staff member dismissed my concerns, claiming he found nothing. When I checked again, I confirmed the noise was coming from Room 528 and reported it. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the front desk agent became rude, argumentative, and even made discriminatory comments towards me because I am Hispanic. Despite my repeated complaints, nothing was done, forcing me to call the police, who ultimately had to handle the situation instead of the hotel staff. I no longer felt safe at this hotel, especially after witnessing prostitutes and drug activity being allowed on the premises. I had no choice but to leave the hotel for my own safety. This was an unacceptable and unsafe environment, and the management clearly does not prioritize guest well-being. I do NOT recommend staying here. If you value your safety, stay elsewhere.

WHERE Is the shower PRESSURE?!?! This started off nice. Pretty hotel, fairly nice location, clean, lots of parking. $20 per night for parking; why? Because it's a high cost of living area. REALLY!?! Rent for a 1 bedroom is below $1K, that's not high cost; that's being cheap. The lot is only half full so it's not because they don't have space. I went to San Fran but didn't have to pay for parking. Why do people allow this. Just add it to the cost of the room so travelers can make an informed decision rather than writing it in tiny font 3/4th of the way down. Next the room had AC going. DUDE it's 20 degrees out; why AC? The heat wasn't even an option. I had to call down to get the heat reset. But I will say, when it was reset, the room warmed up within the hour. Next there is absolutely no water pressure, I could've gotten a better shower in the rain. And no hand towels. Are we expected to bring our own towels now?!?
