The Westin O'Hare

About as good as one can expect for a business class hotel, actual rating would be 4.5 stars if such was supported. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, restaurant was pricey but convenient. They also have a Starbucks in the hotel. Didn't use free shuttle to airport due to time constraints. 5 stars for Location because it's close to Chubb's Triangle Plaza offices. Beware the traffic as people return home from work, reminds me of Houston.

This hotel has 10 star rooms and some of the most comfortable beds you’ll find in airport hotels. Clean, modern and comfortable. They have a reliable shuttle. Front desk staff are a hit or a miss. Bar, although I have not tried their food, seemed crowded each time I stayed there. But there are restaurants next door or within a short Uber ride. You are not downtown Chicago but you are also not on the side of a highway. I always get a great sleep at this hotel.

Stayed there to attend a convention. Arrived after a long day of travel and really wanted a cold beer but the bar was crowded and loud with a group there for a conference. I asked for a room away from other guests and was very pleased with the front desk accommodating my request. Returned to the bar and was able to find a spot in the restaurant away from the group. That was my only complaint of my stay. Once the group left the bar was a nice place to relax. Food was really good. Get the Brussels sprouts! Shuttle service to airport and convention center was excellent. Overall a beautiful property with nice clean rooms. Starbucks on site is a plus! I will stay here again.

Just stayed here and i definitely would stay again. Rooms were really nice. Updated hardwood floors or luxury vinyl. Beautiful marble bathrooms. Full starbucks in the hotel. Beds are amazing and so comfortable.

I used the Westin shuttle service. It was super easy to book, price per day was competitive, found a spot and located the pick up location easily. I wish I'd asked for clarity on exactly where to get picked up upon return, but we got lucky and found a couple of ladies also using the same shuttle who called to find out exactly where we should be standing. The only thing that frustrated me was when I went to leave the machine said that I had overstayed my reservation. I paid what it said and emailed the next day. After a few messages back and forth they told me I would be getting refunded. So assuming that comes thru I'm still very happy with using their services and would use them again in the future.

Typically, I stay at all-suite hotels for flights|out of O’Hare, but my Marriott Bon Voy points directed me to this gem. Everything was perfect: parking, check-in, room (especially the bed), bar (despite a creepy patron), shuttle. Will be back.

A huge thank you to the Westin team, especially Haley Roman, who led the effort in assisting in finding a sentimental necklace that I left behind in the room. It was immediately found, I was notified right away and I even had the option for someone to pick it up, name required (love the security) or have it shipped directly to me by filling out an intake form that made it a breeze to ensure all my contact information was correct! I just received it in the mail today and I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. Thank you Westin team for your dedicated, trusted, efforts. Sincerely, a very happy customer. Rod was great! He assisted us with multiple reservations and was friendly and efficient. He assisted us with parking and gave us some great overall information. We appreciate his help and will stay in the future when we travel through ohare!
