Positives: Great location. Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Overall clean. Negatives: - Mattresses are very soft and uncomfortable. - pull out sofa is just terrible. You feel the springs on your spine. Asked for a replacement. They refused. Have us extra blankets instead. - no fan in the bathroom. Steam and smell lingers in the room. - room’s bathroom slider room won’t lock and extremely noisy. You wake up everyone when opening the door - the bathroom sink drain issues

Like that it is so close to the airport. However, loud in early morning with planes flying over. Marriott brand is positive. Parking is expensive, 37.00 per day which is a lot for the suburbs but probably the case due to being close to O’HARE. Bed is comfortable, rooms temperature the same. Each has small fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. This is helpful. Quite. Pool and jacuzzi. May return but would like to see better rates on the limited outdoor parking for guest of hotel. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs. Service in restaurant was good. Friendly cooks. Room service is accommodating. Plenty of towels.

Came for a birthday party and it was absolutely amazing. The manager and staff were so accommodating and the hotel was very clean. The pool area is phenomenal. We are definitely coming back.

Everything was OK, except the fact that they still advertised having a pool when, in reality, they don't have it anymore. We live in Chicago and just wanted a little getaway. The only reason we booked the hotel was because we saw on the pictures that it had a pool. When we asked about the pool hours, we were informed they no longer have one. It's absolutely ridiculous.

TVs in the room were glitching all night. Turning on and off. Looked like there was flash photography happening. Was offered points but they want you to enroll to be a Marriott member. I didn’t want to sign up. WiFi is also spotty. Sometimes you need a password to reconnect. Working on a laptop I’d lose connection. Had to go to the front desk to find out the password. Others were having issues and I helped them.

I got the rooms for about 138 a night. Largest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. They have a couch, a separate living room. Two tvs and excellent location. Only downside is no free breakfast and parking is 25 a day.

Do not use them for Airport parking. I used parking spot which for ohare partnered with this hotel. It took 30+ minutes and multiple calls to have a shuttle come pick me up from international terminal. edit: the calls and shuttle were directly with the Hotel. It was the hotel that said they will send a shuttle and that it would arrive iin 30 minutes, only for it to take over an hour and multiple calls.

Booked my room weeks ago and the initial rate that I booked it for didn't get honored by Marriott staff. When I first checked in, they couldn't find my reservation even after I showed my email confirmation but the young man at the front desk said he will rebook the room and will give me the same rate, when I checked-out the next day, something in my gut was telling me to get a receipt, looked at the receipt and the rate was regular rate over (+$145) extra of what it was supposed to be. Front desk staff contacted the account manager named Madona and she didn't help by giving me my initial rate which was an internal error on behalf of Marriott. I left the hotel pretty disappointed and kind of upset with this experience. Despite everything, the room was pretty spacious for 2 people.
