NillThis is the place I have stayed over the last six years whenever there is a convention in Rosemont. I first stayed here because the host hotel was booked, but now I don't even bother to check the availability of the host hotel. I prefer it here. Check in is always quick and easy. The rooms are clean, and you won't hear any noise despite a big entertainment district being right across the street. The lobby area is a nice retro decor that's very comfortable and a great place to hang out and have a complimentary coffee.

★★★The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean but definitely dated and showing signs of wear and tear. If you prefer modern, updated hotels, this may not be the place for you. Soundproofing is also lacking — I could hear people opening and closing doors in the hallway, as well as noise from adjacent rooms abd below. In a room facing the highway, I could hear both traffic and airplanes I previously stayed at a hotel across the street that had excellent soundproofing by comparison. This location likely does well because it's within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which is a great bonus.

★★★★Solid hotel. Great location right by O'Hare but with a minimal amount of plane noise. Lively bar at night. Located by a lot of good restaurants in Rosemont that you can walk to. Room was nice, bed was fantastic- ||Staff were efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again as some of the hotels in the area can be pretty sketchy.

★★★The hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible from the freeway. Parking was in a lot shared with a movie theater and mall. The parking garage was inconvenient to access, strangely set up, and we needed to stop at the front desk to get our card validated every time we wanted to exit the garage. Half the time, the validated cards did not work. There were plenty of dining options nearby. It felt like a safe neighborhood.|The room was clean and nothing was broken. The hotel is modern, certainly built or refurbished within the past 10 years.|The hotel is close to O'Hare, so planes coming in to land were pretty loud regularly through the day. The room's HVAC system was also quite loud. Honestly, the two sounds were at comparable levels. I heard the HVAC more at night than planes.|Our room was supposed to have two queen beds, but they were full sized beds. I don't know if this was an error or if they gave us the wrong category room. |The mini-fridge was, oddly, placed under the bathroom sink.|I had forgotten to bring distilled water for my CPAP, and the desk clerk didn't even know what distilled water was, much less where I could find some nearby.

NillThe hotel is nice enough, the rooms were clean and staff were nice and friendly during the stay. The parking structure is a bit inconvenient, but given the location, it’s reasonable. I would not recommend trying to apply for their credit card. I did sign up for expecting to receive a $250 ecard I could use for this stay. Instead, I was charged the full amount and after being speaking with 4 different people and sending 1 email (that was not returned) I was told there was nothing they do. After spending a considerable amount of time of time trying to get this resolved, I just gave up and payed the full amount. The cherry on top is that they will charge annual fee annual fee for the credit card, so me trying to save money, potentially cost me more money in the end.

★The positives:|Check in staff very informative and professional.|Shuttle driver awesome.|Night auditor Also awesome.||The negatives.|The room is so tiny that it's claustrophobic. The price did not match the value. In fact I ended up leaving 4 hours earlier than my flight because I was that uncomfortable with the room. I left at 3:30am I did not sleep that night. I do not recommend this place if you suffer from claustrophobia. I should have heeded and paid attention to reviews that spoke of how small the rooms really are. I do NOT recommend this place.

NillWalkable to the Fashion Outlets and a half dozen restaurants. Our meeting space for 15 people was cozy but worked for brainstorming and a few games. I like that the second floor has a skybridge connected to the parking lot. Validated parking only shows up as $13 which is really really good. King bed was comfortable. Only knock was that the desk should have a more accessible outlet than crawling under to find one in the dark. My room was pretty much directly across from one of the elevators and I didn’t hear much noise at all. Rate of $149 a night also quite reasonable.
