Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel

Great hotel with a great location, event facilities as well as dining options close by. The rooms are large, spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff is very responsive and service oriented - keeping a high level of cleanliness across the property. The event support team also was quick to address any issues with conference technologies and made a lot of effort at ensuring that things went very smoothly without any hitches. However the only complaint being there were last minute additional up-charges for technology implements like teleconferencing and high-speed internet use that weren't initially communicated, but were quickly resolved. All in all, a highly recommended property close to the airport with a free convenient shuttle service suitable for corporate events in particular.

VERY accommodating, respectful, professional staff. We lost our car in what I thought was their parking lot and they talked with us for a while helping us to brainstorm where it may be, and they were absolutely correct. I was trying to glance at the name tags without being obnoxious about it and I believe it was Megan that I made out on the one woman's name tag, between her and another stuff member I actually felt like I was treated with dignity while trying to navigate this situation.

The staff at this hotel were amazing in particular Oksana. She checked me in, remembered me throughout the day and helped me with the print job that was significant for a presentation. I was giving at the hotel. As a business traveler, I would highly recommend this hotel and encourage you to book now

I recently stayed at the Loews Hotel with my daughter, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire hotel, including my room, was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, providing one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a super short walk to the Rosemont Theater, the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and several top-notch restaurants. Plus, the hotel offers validated parking, which is a huge bonus and makes the stay even more convenient. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming experience!

Gave us a complimentary upgrade to suite. Room was clean and beautiful. Two nice restaurants right outside lobby. Close to airport. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great value!

Room was lovely - comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, and good number of outlets/chargers. Spacious bathroom with bench and glass shower. The front desk is careful with guest safety and security. Great insulation from other rooms - I did not hear much noise. Would stay again.

The rooms are not well insulated and we were awakened by guests nest door being loud at 1:30 am. The hotel is next to a convention center and was full of anime expo participants who were yelling loudly at people down the hall. The location for the shuttle bus was confusing as there are two doors marked 2C. Hotel staff didn’t know this so calling them to ask better directions didn’t help and it took three phone calls to the hotel and 1 1/2 hours to figure out. Had a great view of the parking garage. Never again

Nice hotel close to the Convention Center, Rosemont Theater and restaurants. Jazz shows held on site from time to time. We stayed there for New Year's Eve to attend the jazz show and the experience was great. With the jazz show located in the hotel in was extremely convenient. We booked the 1-bedroom suite which was very comfortable and had a powder room as well as a full bathroom. Very nice view and well appointed. The one drawback is that the shower does not have a door. So, it is a little cool while taking a shower. Parking is right next door (self-park and valet) so the convenience is great. Price was reasonable.
