I am so impressed with this location. The staff were so helpful and eagerly friendly. The breakfast is fresh. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable and the rooms are clean, relaxing and just all around an amazing experience here. I would highly recommend!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were working. (Big change, since other hotel pools/hot tubs were v not c working). Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff, they acknowledged you coming and going, asking if everything was OK and is we needed anything

We had a great time! Every staff member was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was so fun! The breakfast was okay, I would have liked to see a different selection of meat instead of just ham both days but it was tasty regardless!

We stayed at this hotel during our recent visit. Not a pleasure trip, and Amy and Levi made it a bit easier. They were extremely friendly and understanding, especially if the reason for our stay. They were very respectful, we will definitely be staying here again. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I had the desk clerk come to my room and hallway on the 2nd floor to check Where the awful humming/thrumming/permeating mechanical noise was coming from. No one was in the room above, I heard only semi trucks on the road to the back of the hotel - I wondered if the laundry room was the culprit. I did not have my heat/air con unit on. Definitely need maintenance to track that sound down - I didn't get a good night's rest. Add in, not one of the 6 pillows was comfortable. The desk clerk and airport shuttle driver the next morning were quite pleasant, the comp breakfast an adequate start.

My reservation was canceled by the hotel I was not informed and my account was charged for the room. The day my reservation was for...we showed up and was informed the reservation was cancelled. The lady at the counter took the confirmation number, looked it up and confirmed the credit card number for that reservation. She then recharged my card for another room without my permission. When I asked if thats what she just did.. I was told of course not you already paid. Gave me a receipt for $0.00. The next day when checking out I asked for my receipt which said 170. When I asked bout it the lady told me it was a deposit n i would never be charged. Well I was charged, called the hotel and after being transfer 4 times was told they are sorry for the inconvenience and don't do refunds. If I had a problem I can file a dispute with my bank.

While the rooms are simple, they are clean with a large window. The best part was the breakfast complete with pancakes, fresh homemade jam, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, healthier yogurt, and fruit. The cook was a fine lady who cared about the ingredients. The shuttle driver was exemplary. They made me feel at home. Plus, the adult pool hours are plenty generous.

We booked this hotel after our flight was diverted to Cedar Rapids unexpectedly and had to stay the night. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and really made our stay here enjoyable. The room was clean and had better amenities and shampoo options than our hotel from our actual vacation we were coming back from. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was so kind to recommend options for us to order food as we arrived pretty late. She also called their maintenance guy to give us a ride back to the airport at 4:30am the next morning which he did happily! He was so kind and took care of our bags for us the next day and asked questions to make sure everything in the room was functioning properly, clean, and up to great standards. It was then that he informed us he was the maintenance guy for the property, and the fact that he went out of his way to shuttle us to the airport was exceptional service. These people really went above and beyond for us. Even the breakfast station the next morning was awesome! They had a wide variety of hot food that was fresh, as well as fruits, juices, coffees, etc. If we ever end up in Cedar Rapids again, we will definitely be staying here! Thank you for the fabulous hospitality!!
