Great Stay at Ramada by Wyndham Cedar Rapids – and a Bargain Too! Our family had an awesome stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Cedar Rapids! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The room was spotless and had a warm, cozy feel thanks to the earth-tone decor, it was easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well-kept, which made a big difference. We also loved the laundry facilities, which were really convenient and clean. The gym was small but well-equipped, and having it open until midnight was a nice surprise! One of the best parts was the free breakfast way better than we expected! They had hot coffee, yogurt, waffles, eggs, bacon, juice, muffins, and more, and everything was fresh and really good quality. It was a great way to start the day. On top of all that, the prices were a total bargain for the quality and comfort we got. This hotel gives you way more than you pay for! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff really makes it a great place to stay!

Stayed here 1 night while on a road trip. They charged a $100. Deposit to my credit card and kept it. I have been calling for 2 weeks now and they still have not returned my money. I would not stay here! I will be calling Wyndham also for the 3rd time about this hotel.

This place is disgusting , booked through the Wyndham app trying to get a nice suite for me and my girlfriend and used my points … nope a stained sheets , crumbs and hair in the bed , mirror was disgusting we immediately left and told the front desk if that’s what the suite looks like I don’t wanna see the other rooms. being a platinum member I figured Wyndham would’ve given me a little more than just my points back but whatever atleast I got them back. The gentleman behind the counter offered me another room but didn’t really seem to care that the housekeeping was so terrible. Don’t recommend to stay here

Stayed one night and in the morning there was no water--no shower, toilet, or sink. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. The room we stayed in was unpleasant to begin with (the signage was for a different hotel chain which made it hard to find, the bed was uncomfortable and creaked a lot just from sitting) but sometimes that's just the way budget hotels are. They offered me loyalty points that I didn't want and won't do anything else. I guess they think that just because they didn't shut the water off on purpose that it's okay to charge people full price for a service that wasn't provided as advertised. Anyway, I submitted a complaint with the attorney general of Iowa, so hopefully that gets their attention. All I want is a partial refund for the inconvenience and embarrassment of not getting to shower and having to brush my teeth at a gas station.

Very decent hotel.. for the price. The rooms are in good condition. They are happy to help if there's anything wrong... I stay here every week while working in Cedar Rapids. I recommend trying this place. Very friendly. Good WIFI too...

Positive: It was in a great location and the room was very comfortable. The bed was great. Negative: The TV did not work. It was not connected to anything. I then switched to my iPad and but I didn't realize the plugs on the nightstand lamps didn't work so it eventually died. There were just weird inconsistencies.

Very Convenient, great location. Clean rooms and very quiet! Free WiFi at front desk. Large tv with powerful ac unit, microwave and mini fridge. Respectful staff. Stayed here multiple times, never been disappointed!

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!! I needed to cancel last minute and this property charged the credit card I used when I made the reservation. I was not informed by the hotel that I would be charged a $65.00 charge for a service that was not provided. The charge showed up a day after the cancellation. Very unprofessoonal. Stay someplace else.
