Hampton Inn Council Bluffs

The front desk staff is great. The room is clean. The bed and pillows is alright, I’ve slept on more comfortable beds. ||Breakfast is a disappointment. There are not a lot of options and the kitchen staff is not good at keeping the items stocked.

Positive: The hallways and rooms smelled good & clean. Negative: TV didn't work part of time. There was no lotion in the bathroom and no one would answer when I called several times to front desk. There also were no extra amenities , like a stitch to fix my dress.

We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn in Council Bluffs! We were in town because of a multi-day tournament being held at the nearby Iowa West Fieldhouse and were able to take advantage of a very nice group rate. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the Missouri River. Because the hotel shares a parking lot with other hotels and a casino, it felt very secure, especially with Chuck the security robot patrolling. It was a fun game to try to find him whenever we were outside. Breakfast was good with a little something for everyone to start their day. We will not hesitate to stay here again should we return to the area in the future. Please wave to Chuck for me if you see him!

Easy to navigate parking lot, which is patrolled by a mobile type robotic surveillance system. Hospitable staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Shower and tub option is definitely a plus. Comfortable, restful night’s sleep. Fitness room with cardio equipment as well as free weights.

Convenient location, we stayed on Christmas Eve so it was quiet but nothing was lacking and I appreciated that. Staff were friendly and had holiday cheer on Christmas morning despite being at work. They deserve a bonus for being so wonderful over the holidays!

Hospitality was great. The room was clean & very nice. The bed was a little more firm than I prefer. Breakfast was good!!! And also was able to walk to the casino from the hotel to grab breakfast one morning which was also delicious. Great location for us to get to the Mid America Center easily and within 5 minutes. Great location.

Here is another exceptional Hampton, one of the few and far between these days, offering some notable extras, while most of Hilton keeps cutting back. Hospitality is alive and well here, cheerfully yet effectively expressed by Kourtnei at the Front Desk, and by all the team members I encountered.

Clean, quiet, and great location. Bed was way too firm and pillows too flat for my liking. No hot water for shower. Overheard someone say they had a pipe burst over a week prior? Breakfast was okay.
