For the price not bad. The bed was worth 5 stars. The front desk was friendly and courteous. The room could have been cleaner. But it could have just been the aging process. Over all it was good.

The room I self wasn’t terrible. The bathroom is another story. I had driven 700+ miles yesterday when I finally stopped for the night. I desperately wanted a shower and to sleep. I did not take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was so disappointed and a little angry to be honest. I ended up washing up in the sink 😡 Maybe fix the bathroom and get a new spread for the bed as well.

I booked this hotel through Citi Travel. I knew it wouldn't be 5-star. It is very conveniently located. The building has been updated a bit. Overall, it looks nice. But they aren't wasting any money on extras. One garbage can for the entire room and not near the bathroom. Ladies know a trash can in the bathroom is a necessity. No cups. Thin towels. There are no tissues, but toilet paper is a fine substitute. The bathroom itself could have been cleaner. It's old, and repairs have left an ugly scar. The bathroom fan does not function. The breakfast was so sad that we skipped it and went to Burger King next door. The AC worked. The room was clean overall, but after seeing the bathroom, I didn't trust the carpet and kept my socks on. The beds were good. Probably par for the price, except that cleaning is standard no matter what you charge.

This is the best example of you get what you pay for. We stayed here for 1 night and it was the equivalent of $80 using our points. It’s the jankiest motel I’ve been to. The only good thing is that it’s right off I-80. First impressions when you walk into the motel. It reeks of cigarettes in the lobby area, then a man and his dog came through the lobby from of the rooms. I guess they allow pets? We checked in and proceeded to the hallway- no elevator in sight. Had to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs- why was there a luggage cart in the lobby then? The hallway smells of wet dogs, there’s a pile of trash near the vending machine that looks like all the trash bags from each room’s tiny trashcan. At least they’re changing out the trash bags in the rooms but why is it in the hallway? We arrive in our room, my expectations are pretty low now. I can still faintly smell cigarettes. The first floor lamp you see when walking in isn’t even plugged in. There’s 2 giant photographs of a bridge and field of corn framed on the wall- kinda nice but doesn’t make up for everything else I will find. The bathroom air vent cover is gone, fully exposing the dust and who knows, maybe mold? I’m sure a lot of air vents look like this but at least cover it up! The tub was stained yellow- don’t even want to know why. The handle to the sink faucet fell off while using. There were many holes in the walls. The smoke detector wasn’t even plugged in and I found it in a drawer! There were stains on the window curtains. I did a check for bed bugs and the mattresses were good however we found cigarette burns on the blankets. The TV channels weren’t working- too tired to do anything about it. Breakfast: they had cereal and bagels. There was 1 yogurt left. There was a sign in the fridge that said hard boiled eggs but none left. Overall, if you don’t fear for your health or safety, and are on a budget, you can try this place out, but I will not be coming back.

This has to be the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It smells like cigarettes. There were burn marks on the furniture, blankets and bathtub. The noise level from outside was unbelievable and we did not feel safe. We were so glad to leave.

NOT the place to go for a nice stay. Not safe, not friendly, not clean. If I could go lower that 1 star, I would. It was not even safe! We found the smoke detector in the desk drawer - and it didn't work anyway. Isn't that illegal? Besides that, the room was dirty - as in most surfaces had NOT been wiped off, grime and chunks in the corners and the floors were worse. The TV had been broken (looked like someone threw something) for a while before we arrived as there was a bare wire hanging out of the bottom and dust on the break. I called the fron desk to tell him that it didn't work, he took my room number saying he would come up but never did. I know they can't help the yelling fight up the hall, parking lot sketchyness and things like that all the time but I got the feeling that they didn't find it unusual or even care. If it had not been pretty late when we arrived, I would have canceled and walked out. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! .... Update: Thank you for the reply. How do I get my money back?

Nice hotel for a decent price for a simple get away for a night. Friendly staff. Quiet . Locked entrances. Extremely clean hotel with lots of gas stations and food options. Within 10 minutes of Omaha downtown with night life and fun things to do and good food. Really enjoyed our stay

The motel definitely needs some more help. The first room we were given had such a bad old smoke smell my wife's asthma immediately started acting up and the room was supposed to be nonsmoking. The bathroom of the same room was so thick with mold smell i shut the door and refused to open it again until we received a new room. The staff were kind and gave us a new room quickly but even then there were problems, the cleanliness of the room was not the best, trash and clothing was behind all the furniture, the microwave smelled of burning plastic and did not work. When this was reported I was told a replacement would be put in that day but it never was. The new room’s bathroom was not moldy but the knob in the shower immediately detached when used. This was not the best stay for a convention but it was not my worst. But it could use some work.
