Very nice hotel, room lay out is great. Breakfast a bit scarce but room was good with a sofa to lay out and relax. Bathroom shower water pressure good, high end body wash, shampoo. Easy Parking, Has 24 hour gym. Gave 2 small water bottles at check in, refilled water bottle in the gym. Definitely would stay again.

I was very surprised that this hotel got the great reviews that it did. I see that others have had this issue, there was hair all over our sheets and on the headboard. I have no idea if the sheets were ever changed. I went to ask for a new set and she said "housekeeping was in a rush today - and that hair sometimes clings to sheets" - but the headboard too? I also saw an ant by my microwave and the wallpaper in my room was peeling off. I don't know when this property is due for an upgrade, but I hope soon as this one is NOT up to Marriott standards.

Love the hotel- but after my recent stay, I will definitely not be back. The hotel has changed its policy where their holds are concerned. I used my Marriott bonvoy points to pay for my room, and they still held $140 on my credit card. Their policy is now they will hold anywhere from $150 to $200 on your credit card for incidentals. Even though the hold will drop off 5-7 business days later, it's an inconvenience!!!!! However the other Marriott hotels in the area are only holding $20 to $50 for incidentals. Also, the sink was stopped up and I notified maintenance as soon as I checked in. As I checked out the next morning, it was still not fixed. They have officially lost my business.

I always stay at Marriott hotels amd rarely find one I don't care for, and while this one is decent, it's not up to Marriott standards. Shower was luke warm at best. Furniture is worn and needs to be replaced. But, clean bed and room likening always find at Marriotts.

We found SEVERAL strands of hair in our sheets and on the couch when we arrived. I called to the office to get a change of sheets and was told I needed to wait because she had other things to take care of. This place is not clean. The pool was out of towels and we were told they wouldn’t be putting anymore out because they were busy. I will never stay here again. Horrible service and I highly doubt our sheets were even changed.

Positive: Easy to find. Rooms were clean. This is second time staying this year and will probably be our goto motelbl when traveling in this area. Negative: Hotel is showing its age.

Very surprised and amazed that a Marriot property would be so run down for the price and reputation. Several disappointing things. Being told - only one trip through the breakfast line, only one towel per person for the pool, filthy red velvet furniture in the lobby, peeling ceilings in the pool area, run down condition of the hot tub floor, worn carpet to the threads in room, broken closet doors that will not open or shut, wallpaper coming off the wall in the room. SERIOUSLY…. A Marriot? I have stayed in many beautiful, impeccable Marriots. This one is VERY substandard. The staff were very nice, the food was good. But they need to assess this physical structure or price accordingly.

Positive: "" Negative: Fan in bathroom made clicking noises all night. Breakfast not served until 7:00 Saturday morning. Daughter had to be at arena by 7:00 and they wouldn?t let us grab a bagel at 6:45 because they were closed.
