Terrible place. Pool was too cold for kids to swim hot tub Jerry's barely worked. Marijuana smell next to my non smoking room. Paint peeling on wall in room. Contracted hotel for refund and was lied to about calling me back. Would NOT recommend this place.

There were only regular tv and no premium channels. Breakfast items were not hot, had to switch rooms since door lock wouldn't work and horrible view from room. Nice parking, hospitable but had trouble communicating in English. Room was clean and comfortable, however.

First off the front desk person was so unfriendly, we went to tell him about the damage in the room and he said that's ok. Like it didn't care. I just didn't want to be charged for the damage. Was impressed with this hotel at all.

Front desk employee was rude and not accommodating, cleaning rooms are unlocked and left open, hotel had burnt out light, pool room had chemicals sitting on a pallet… who the runs this place? Rooms were the only thing that was ok besides we found cleaning supplies left in our room hopefully that meant they got cleaned.

Stayed here on a week night. If you’re content with simplicity and location for a fair price this place will do. The breakfast was ok. They didn’t have Biscuits & sausage gravy so that was upsetting. There was sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc. The rooms need some updating as well as the parking lot. The breakfast area is small and gets filled up pretty quickly. The staff was just ehhh, nothing to write anything good or bad about. The pool & hot tub as well as our room were in ok condition. There was a bad smell in our room but we ran the air and it filtered out. Water pressure in the sink and shower were ok. Only wish we had a blow dryer for my wife and daughter. They said it was two queen beds but they were definitely full size beds, we have a queen at home and this was much smaller. The beds a very soft and you sink into them, not my style! We would totally stay here again in the future when visiting the Zoo.

Stayed in room 320 with yhe whirlpool and was a very large a spacious room. Everything was perfect.

We picked this hotel since it had wonderful reviews but the stay was nothing but nice. We checked in late after a long day of travel so we went right to sleep when we arrived. Once my family woke up the next morning we found tiny bugs crawling all over our sheets, the breakfast had tasted sour like it was expired. Needless to say as soon as we saw the bugs we high tailed it out of there as fast as we could. It's now been a couple days since staying at this hotel and I now can 100 percent confirm it was bed bugs as I have bite marks all over my body. Stay clear of this hotel.

Location & price were perfect. Richard, working the breakfast was the sweetest! Hotel has lots of tech updates. Bed was comfortable. Room needs: AC filter cleaning, carpet shampooing, bathroom & shower walls wiped down. Would stay again.
