Staff was exceptional. It was a very quiet hotel. Laundry room was nice. The gym had a variety of devices for all around workout. They made everything safe when the snow came and took extra precautions to ensure our safety. The staff was always smiling and supportive. I would definitely stay again!!

This is the verbiage I sent to our Military School House. This was only the short list. CES Student Team and Ms. Hong, We are having issues with Candlewood Suites. The staff is allowing locals to run around the hotel and follow us to our rooms. They watch what rooms we go too and watch when we leave. Manager allows them to place rooks at the outer doors to come and go. Our safety is compromised. We cannot get a good night sleep because we are afraid that our belongings will be stolen. All of us have government equipment that is at risk of being stolen because we are compromised. We are watched and followed. We were made to sign a document that exempts the hotel from being held accountable for any missing items from our rooms or damage to our cars. This is unheard of at true quality hotels. One student received white towels that are dirty brown and he had to purchase new towels from Wal-Mart. Breakfast was terrible and stale. Bugs in the room bit me in the face. Ouch. I can go on, but I am in class. I have cc’d some of the students in this email. We are requesting that the School House move us to another hotel. We are in fear of our safety.!!!! the Corporate Office needs to ensure that they look into this hotel. Is this how your brand of hotels operates? This is terrible. I should be given a free 5 day stay at another hotel.

Positive: The staff are the best. I accidentally left my kindle at the hotel. They called when it was found and offered to send it. The room was exactly like the pictures online. Clean rooms. Quiet area. Coffee in lobby is great. Will be back. Negative: None

Extremely Clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. I needed to check in 40 mins early to get to the hospital and they allowed me to do so with no issues. Room was quiet, I didn't hear anything the entire night. Highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived to a friendly front desk person who welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and comfy. We didn’t have any issues and were happy to have coffee provided to us. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would recommend this property.

This place is awesome! From the manager to the front desk, to the maintenance and cleaning staff, they are the best! Very friendly and professional. I had a standard room and the manager upgraded me to a suite for free! I HIGHLY recommend this place. It has everything you want for a family or a long term stay. The only thing missing is a pool, but if you are there for a long period (i.e. work) who swims? The casino and racetrack is within 2 miles, plus Wal Mart and several fast food places near by.

If you are on a budget, this is a great hotel. It is centrally located and has large room sizes. The inside does not match the renovated outside of the building. The staff is friendly and it has free washers and dryers. This hotel was chosen by work provider and would not have been my preferred accommodations.

The bed was very comfortable the pillows are soft which is a big plus for me. The room was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. I would definitely give this hotel a 10star if I could. I will definitely be returning
