$400 for standard room in Kansas City Kansas where you can still hear gun shots and lie to the kids and say they are fireworks. Prospective, Kansas City Kansas is considered the “hood” in Kansas for multiple reasons. Definitely got the demographics wrong for price range. Do not get fooled by these fake reviews, Kansas will do anything to get money since the World Cup is coming soon.

Deb and Elizabeth are the absolute greatest people ever. We had requested a room with a balcony and they personally went up while we were at the pool to move our stuff so we could have the balcony. And they also came up to personally get our order for room service and I have never felt more like family I’m so grateful for them they truly made our experience better!!

We didn't stay in the hotels but ate at Landshark. The restaurant wasnt busy what so ever and the service was horrible. They brought food that wasnt ours 2 different times. I guess, gave our food to a different table. We were there for 1hr and 15 minutes and never got our food. Then overcharged another person with our group. Then when discussing it with manager we pretty much got the "well that sucks" attitude. Definitely need to step their game up. Disgusting first impression...
