Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe

Great experience! We stayed for one night while attending a conference and we loved it! The room was clean and spacious. We ordered a burger from their restaurant and it was delicious. Breakfast had many options and we were able to bring it upstairs to our room. They allow dogs for a $75. Absolutely recommended if you are traveling in the area. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the entrance. Editing the review because they actually charged us for two bottles of water that were advertised for free. Honestly, after you pay more than $300 for a room it’s ridiculous to pay for a bottle of water.

Spacious and clean suites! The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The pool was very clean and warm. Kid-friendly! And the staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend! We stayed here for a week during a move and it was a home away from home for our time there. The Burger Shed was also delicious!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciate my experience. I noticed that the woman at the check-in desk seemed a bit overwhelmed, which made me feel empathetic towards her situation. After a short wait, I realized that I could check myself in using the mobile app, which greatly simplified the process. The hotel atmosphere was lovely, and my suite was exceptionally comfortable and spotless. Additionally, the on-site restaurant, Burger Shed, provided an excellent dining experience. The food was freshly prepared, absolutely delicious, and served in generous portions that made me feel valued as a guest. I will definitely return when I'm in town again.

It’s clean and the rooms are quite comfortable. They have that covered as any good hotel should. BUT, the things I like most about this specific hotel are the pool, hot tub, and workout room. 1. The pool: They have the temperature set to PERFECT. You can literally walk right in and swim. It doesn’t take a half hour trying to convince yourself you’ll get warm after a few minutes but you never do. The water feels great as soon as you get in. 2. The hot tub: It’s clean, well designed, comfortable, and it even has a little “mood lighting” from the colored lights in the water. Very relaxing for sure! 3. The workout room: WOW. It’s like a full-size gym with multiple machines for various body parts. I was quite surprised at the quality of the equipment, as well. It’s super nice not to have to put my fitness on hold because of a lousy hotel gym. I was still able to “feel the burn” here!

Great experience. Service was timely and respectful in all areas. Evening reception every day and one of the best breakfasts at a hotel. Rooms are good and clean. Only annoying design choice is the sliding door entry to the bathroom in the one bedroom suites - it is noisy at night if someone is taking the sofa sleeper and needs to use the restroom. My kids always enjoy the view of the garmin soccer facility when there are games going on. Not far from much, good food choices in hotel and right across the street.

Positive: Room was clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. The staff for the buffet were also wonderful and polite. Negative: Your desk clerk was very rude and on her personal phone every time we came to the desk. The amt of kids running around the hotel, knocking on all the doors, yelling, and playing football in the hall was ridiculous. Couch broken, rm smelled like chlorine.

Clean, comfortable, and nice location. |Rooms are spacious. The walls are very thin. I eventually got to sleep there was some noise from the rooms next to mine. I could not hear the cars outside. |Bed is comfortable and was clean. Bathroom is clean.

This was a great place for a girls night. Clean and large rooms. Everyone was super helpful. Pool area is nice. Breakfast is pretty standard for these types of hotel. Maybe go out tomorrow breakfast. Loved the wings at the hotel restaurant.
