TownePlace Suites Duluth

I cannot thank the team at TownePlace Suites Duluth enough for an exceptional stay. Just last week we had a room block of 10 for our crew members, and Tessa, the Director of Sales was impeccable! She helped me through entire booking process, including last minute changes and additions and always had a positive, professional attitude. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs accommodations in the area to stay here! We will definitely be staying here again when we head back to to this area.

I am so excited for my daughter's wedding! I worked with Sales Manager, Tessa Sandberg to secure a block of rooms for the big event. After I inquired, she got back to me right away and was extremely professional and efficient. The process was seamless and all done via email. Since I live in the area, Tessa offered to give me a tour of the rooms. Wow! All of them are stunning and would make for a very comfortable short-term or extended stay. All were fresh & fabulous and I'm so excited that our guests will have such a clean, and modern place to stay. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the housekeeper I passed in the hall, were so friendly and professional! Top notch hospitality!

Lovely brand new hotel! Set back in a more “wooded” area, very quiet environment. Front desk agent was very friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and fresh, room was beautiful and loved the set up/layout. Breakfast was great - waffles, sausage, soufflé and more. This will be our go-to for Duluth Miller Hill area 😊 thank you!

I love this hotel! I stayed here for a girls weekend in Duluth and we had a great time. The rooms were perfect for our group, we loved having the full kitchen with the full sized fridge and 2 burner cooktop and it had a dishwasher! The breakfast lady Donna was super friendly and the woman who tidied our room Victoria was super hospitable! Great customer service and excited to stay here again!

I'll add the service here is some of the best I've experienced. Unfortunately everyone has to work here. It's only been open for 2 weeks but it was definitely built shoddy. The doors don't shut properly and are not squared, floor has cracks and the molding is already coming apart. Because the door doesn't flush due to the issues it is loud too. Also when booked it said 1 bedroom suite, which really means a studio rather than separate rooms. I could have gotten a suite with more space for $10 more room and separation at Residance or Fairfield. Definitely better options than here

Haven’t stayed anywhere else in Duluth but I don’t think I’d try any other place besides here! The staff was amazing. The guy at the front desk with glasses was so kind.

Nice and new. Staff was friendly and helpful from check in staff to the general manager, who let us enjoy breakfast a bit early as he was still getting set up and we were trying to get an early start to the day
