Very nice peopleto work with, the pool area was very clean and my kids loved the pool! The room was better than most hotel rooms, and the pricing wasn't to bad either. The breakfast wasn't bad either, they had a variety of foods to choose from..

Comfy quiet rooms, easy checkin process with cage. Hotub was nice, kids had fun in the pool, though not very deep. Breakfast was okay, bland selection. Housekeeper interaction was nice. Overall just a cozy atmosphere. Very good experience for the price especially.

The staff is amazing. The pool is gross, the hot tub filthy. We were given a room that they knew didn't require a key for entry. I was told that a previous guest had damaged the lock. We found an Aleve gel cap in the floor. Well, my 4 yr old grand daughter did. We also found a sewing needle on the floor. The bed drawer was, IS full of crumbs and hair. The bathroom was dirty and a dark, almost black mold growing behind a strip of wallpaper that had peeled away. the bed however did seem clean and well laundered.. WIll NOT be back!

Positive: The staff and hot tub! Negative: Wasn't a dislike, more a disappointment. Tried to do laundry and the machines didn't work The option was to use the machines at a sister location across the parking lot. That would be fine except it was -13 and 10-12 inches of snow. And powdered eggs!

For a quick one night stay, it was fine. It's in great need of some updates. The room felt surface level clean but was definitely in need of a really deep clean/update. Lots of paint chipping/wear on things like closet, mirror, etc. The fitness center was closed because apparently the key was missing. The pool was small but decent. The breakfast had a good variety but all mediocre food. Overall, wasn't bad for a quick one night but wouldn't want to stay long term or if you are looking for anything fancy. Our cards deactivated almost every time we had to use them. An easy fix but frustrating.

I'm afraid they are going to let this motel fall apart like many other motels these days. It's my go-to stay but lately I'm noticing more things damaged and not getting fixing. And more things dirty. My last stay I found mouse poop under recliner and think a mouse lives in it. Gross. The management offered me a discount of 15.00 on my next stay. That was offensive. They could have offered a much better comp But really........Just clean your motel

5 out 5 amazing attendants last night guy came to see why tv wasn’t working and gave us a new bigger room at no cost now that’s great service. Water pressure amazing beds were like sleeping on a cloud I’ll be back. Very nice hotel breakfast was also great

Just needed a place to stay for one night. Our room was NOT like the pictures online. Only 2 small pillows on a king bed??? No alarm clock or clocks at all except the microwave which I had to set. There was coffee (3 decaf and one regular) no packets of sugar or creamer or stir stick. Both the sink and the tub drained really slow. When you would just wash your hands the sink was a 3rd full and took 5 minutes to drain. The tub filled up about 1/3 during a shower and took a good 5-10 minutes to drain. About every other time of using the toilet you would have to wiggle the handle to make it stop running water. I've stayed in a Baymont before in Kenniwick, WA., it was a much better experience. I would NOT recomend this one in Billings, MT.
