NillStayed with my husband and our little dog for over a week while he trained for his new job. This is an extended stay place, so you get all types here. Although the rooms left a bit to be desired, the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was less than a minute away from where we needed to travel daily and we were left alone in peace during our stay. I wish the wifi could reach the room we stayed in as well but we made do. Thank you for accommodating us! We had a great stay in Billings.

★I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay at the Vegas hotel. The hotel did not provide the basic amenities expected from a hospitality establishment. Initially, I received a room without a functioning heater. The three portable heaters available did not keep the room warm. After I reported this issue, I moved to another room, but my situation did not improve.||During my six-night stay, I had no hot water. I asked management for help multiple times, but they said the cold weather caused the problem and that there was nothing they could do. Additionally, my room was not serviced at all. I did not receive fresh towels or have my trash removed during my stay.||On my last day, I asked if the hot water issue had been fixed and whether my room would be cleaned. I learned that housekeeping only services rooms when guests check out. Although this surprised me, I appreciated the staff's honesty.||Since moving to a new home, I am happy to report that I now have hot water, even in colder weather. While my experience at the Vegas hotel was disappointing, I hope my feedback can help improve their services in the future. Thank you for considering my comments

I did not receive fresh towels or have my trash removed during my stay. I mean i have never met a manager without any solutions to anything just a completely useless human being. I was never mean or ugly to him but in my mind i was blown away from how dumb both of the managers replies to my issues were On my last day there, I asked if the hot water issue had been fixed and whether my room would be cleaned. I learned that housekeeping only services rooms when guests check out. Although this surprised me, I appreciated the staff's honesty. But that was the last straw. I checked out and went on an extended stay. I now have hot water, even in colder weather. I hope no one stays here

NillThe staff are all amazing. Very kind and caring. Muhammad is an amazing front desk clerk. He's very funny and kind. Always takes a few minutes to talk to his guests to see how their day is going. Shows that he cares.

NillReally good experience here! Mohammad at the front desk was awesome! Super nice and helpful. Room was clean and stocked. There is a Pizza hut right next door and a gas station across the street, not far from downtown and just a short drive down the highway to the Westend or Shiloh. For one the of cheaper lodgings in Billings it's well worth it! Thank you Mohammed, and thank you to the rest of the staff at The Vegas!

NillHands down, do not recommend. Pay the money for a decent hotel. To greet you in the parking lot is the strong smell of manure. The form saying something to the effect of them not being responsible for anything that happens to my vehicle or me made me feel very uneasy. The room was not nice, walls needed to be cleaned, linen stained, pillow cases were wrinkled as if not replaced from previous guests. And you could tell the pillows were past their prime. Mattress and box spring are well used, too. I woke up every time i turned because of how loud they creeked. The shampoo and soaps provided actually made me feel like I needed another shower. If you booked thinking it would be nice because they have a casino and restaurant, you will be let down. Casino and restaurant under renovation. Really, the rooms need the renovation. Signs everywhere asking you to control your kids and keep the noise down. It felt really dirty and I slept in my clothes and put my jacket over the pillow. This place felt more like a shelter than a hotel to me.

NillThey are very respectful and kind to their clientele. Mohammed has transportation services to help anyone for a fee. Gas station right across the street, and a pizza place right next to you to eat. They are very friendly and awesome.

NillOk so we went to the diamond paintball event they had there. It was a zombie hunt event. So the area is perfect for THAT SPECIFICALLY! Other wise it seems like a good place to take not your wife hourly... But the staff was friendly and I didn't catch anything.
